I had used this landscaper for a couple of years, and while the work was sometimes decent, my most recent experience was extremely unprofessional and upsetting. I scheduled a fall clean up like I had done several times before. This time he asked for payment in advance for a fall cleanup, which I trusted him with based on our prior working relationship. He was fully aware that I am a widow and that I have been struggling financially, yet after receiving my payment, he never showed up to do the work. I reached out multiple times to follow up, begging him to just be honest and come do the work , but he stopped responding completely. He then blocked me from calling, texting, and contacting him on social media. I was left having paid for services that were never completed, with no explanation and no refund. This situation has been incredibly disappointing, especially after being a loyal customer for years. I would strongly caution others against paying in advance, or hiring this company to do any sort of work as my experience resulted in losing money and being ignored.
I hope others do not have to go through the same experience.

I had the gentleman clean my yard of leaves clean gardens cut the grass got on the roof to get branches off for me did a very good job.

I know the owners and know them to be people of great character and great work ethic. They'll do a great job for a great price.

Each year we have Giant Landscaping back to cut down dead trees , trim larger trees and work on other landscaping. Professional & always a job well done!

They confirmed snow removal on 23rd Jan 26 but did not turn up for 2 days even after repeated follow ups. Work ethic is very low and not dependable

I started using Aristocrat 2 years ago due to another landscaper really dropping the ball. Since then our yard is the best on the block and the team always shows up when we need them. Even in this last snow storm they showed up and made sure all the snow and ice was taken care of. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

While Aristocrat Lawn service has been my lawn and yard maintenance service for several years, this is the first year I've used the snow removal service and I'm happy with my experience. I know I am able to rely on Patrick to do a timely, thorough job year round whether maintaining my lawn or insuring my walks are clear and I'm out of my driveway in time to get to work after a storm.
