I Was Charge too much for a 25 feet cast iron pipe repair

Frank and Estaban were wonderful. If you need knowledgable workers from a reputable company, call Simple Drain Repair. Clean, I repeat clean, and concientious work! And they are also priced fairly!! If I should have need they WILL be whom I call!

They responded to our call very quickly then diagnosed the issue, explained the issue and showed us the problem with a camera. They gave us a great price (they blew Roto Rooter out of the water) and showed up right on time after calling to confirm the day before. Once the job was done the manager called to check in. I have yet to deal with tradesmen that were more professional at every step than these guys.

Tim and his team did an amazing job at my house. We had just moved into a new and were having issues with our drains. They cleaned out many years of build up inside the main drain and scoped the line to check for issues. I had some settling along the path of the sewer lines. Turned out it had been dug up and fixed, but the dirt was not properly compacted when the hole was filled in. It was a huge relief having everything checked out by a professional. Great communication during and after the visit. I highly recommend working with this company!!!

Tim and the Simple Drain Repair team assisted us in lining and older cast iron sewer pipe underneath our residential property. Their administrative staff and master plumbers were incredible to work with. They were friendly, very responsive, and the workmanship was impeccable. I'm so impressed with their level of experience; it truly shows. I would highly recommend them.

Great company. I had no idea this sewer pipe lining technology existed. I had a plumber out who assessed my rotted and cracked sewer pipe and told me it need to be replaced. The project would take 4 days and cost me $14,000.00. I have expensive landscaping and was not thrilled about having it all trenched. I went online to research and found out about trenchless CIPP technology. Simpe Drain Repairs gave me a quote over the phone for half this price and told me they would be done in about 6 hours. They only had to dig a small pit to access the sewer pipe and then shot in a sewer pipe liner. The liner is permanent fix and came with a 25 year warranty. I was thrilled. Excellent company with fantastic technology.

Tim and his men were great. We were told by other plumbers that they wld have to excavate our front landscaping and walkway n possibly our front lawn to repair our pipes. Tim didn’t have to excavate anything. His men worked hard and it was done in one day.

Takes a long time to get them to your home if you gave a problem after a repair.not satisfied with the work they did.they came back if they were around the neighborhood. Took 3 weeks had to call 4 times before they came .

I highly recommend The Trenchless Team. A blockage in my storm line caused a 100-year old cast iron pipe to burst a hole the size of two butter sticks. The hole abutted my stone foundation, beyond which was eight feet of crumbling, inaccessible cast iron pipe. Several plumbers told me the repair was beyond them. Others said they would need to demolish my kitchen and patio to make the repair. In one day, The Trenchless Team 1.) lined the pipe running under my house with a sleeve of epoxy, which hardened; 2.) attached new PVC pipe and a cleanout to the repair; and 3.) connected the restored pipe to the rest of my plumbing. No digging, no destruction! The workers were specialized, diligent, polite, and tidy. Tim was responsive by phone. He scheduled me quickly. The price was absolutely reasonable. I am a satisfied customer!

Amazing place!! Needed a pipe fixed that was underneath my home and digging just wasn’t an option I called these guys out and they made it super easy to do without causing any damage inside my home and the cost was cheaper by far then digging and putting everything back. Would HIGHLY recommend!

I haven’t been a customer myself, but I know the owner personally and can say they are honest, hardworking, and truly care about doing a great job. They put a lot of heart into their business.
