Excellent customer service! Hector is professional, prompt, and helpful. His team members are skilled and efficient. His prices are reasonable. 100% would hire them again, and recommend Figuemax for all tree services.

I have nothing but a very positive experience with this company coming to remove four trees for me and removing one fallen tree and all of the debris. Communication was spot on and the price I received was very good. They stopped by this morning to remove one dead tree, pretty much just a very thin dead tree that took up some space, one healthy tree that was leaning towards the house that wasn't so tall and then one huge pine tree that was leaning towards the house significantly.

They did a very good job with cleaning up everything afterwards and pretty much left no mess afterwards. They did an exceptional job with making sure all of the tree limbs went straight down and didn't go onto my neighbor's property and they're also very mindful of my mini split condenser and the generator that was alongside the house.

I will definitely be doing business with them again when it comes time to remove any trees. Thank you so much guys for your excellent work and professionalism.

Hector and his team were top notch! Very professional and thorough- his team was able to cut one of our trees that was about 80 years old! It was a spectacular event in our neighborhood to watch these guys do their thing! Amazing work Amazing service! Just so thankful for this service! highly recommended!

The workers did a fair job trimming the bushes. The price was reasonable. I guess we got what we paid for. We are going to hire someone else to finish the job.

They worked on my street left all debris in my yard, and in front of my house and drove on my lawn. I called and got no call back 👎🏻

I asked Figuemax Tree Service to remove small white rocks from either side of the front of my house as well as the cement edging and do the same in the back yard. I also asked them to remove the bushes in the front, 2 stumps and a tree in the back and trim some other bushes. They left a good portion of the white rocks in the front and back. They left all the edging piled up in the garden and I was told a friend of one of the workers would call me and take it. That did not happen. I asked for them to come back and take it. They said they could not and put it on my grass near the curb for the township to take. The edging was so heavy it killed the grass. I had to use a hand truck to move the rest of the big rocks myself. They left the front of the house a mess. I was told by my neighbors that they walked all on my trash to get to the job. I would not hire them again and you should go elsewhere for your job.

This Company could only cut bottom portion of the our tree in Blackwood NJ. They were not on time. So only the bottom half tree was trimmed and the owner hung up on us when called about his deception. Who would want only half the tree done. He got paid $1100 but only did $600 worth of work. Stay away and take your money and RUN!!!
