Greg Koch from E&G Exterminators has been coming to my house for the carpentry ant treatment since 2021. He is very professional, does an outstanding job, very dedicated & hard worker, willing to go the extra mile regarding customer satisfaction, always on time, and an expert at carpentry ant treatment. His quality of work and attention to detail is extraordinary. I feel very fortunate for the dedication and help he has provided to me over the years.

Eddie has been our technician. He has been to our house a few times. He made a couple of visits to chase bats out of our attic. Today he removed the bat exit and also removed a squirrel nest and a bird nest from our downspouts. He did a thorough job sealing the entrances the critters were using. I'm confident that if I have any future issues, E&G will take care of them.

Callled E&G for pricing to treat for carpenters ants,they came the next day. The tech James was wonderful and gave us a good price which we agreed to and he was able to treated my our property at the same time. Thank you James and E &G Exterminators.

We used E & G Exterminators this past Saturday. They responded very quickly and not only effectively sprayed for a bug problem we had. They also laid bate to address any other hidden bugs that the spraying may not have gotten. They also offered a warranty on the work they performed. Their price was very reasonable, considering the last minute notice they received. We highly recommend will definitely be using them in the future.

E&G exterminators are a very trustworthy company. We have had great experiences working with them for unpleasant issues lol ! I can't say enough about this company! I had an issue with termites in my basement and received a recommendation from a friend. I was easily and seamlessly able to request a free estimate right on their website. I received a quick and timely reply to set up a day and time that worked well. I worked with Ken and have nothing but nice things to say. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and courteous. He explained everything to me very well, simply, and what my next steps would be. I would recommend them to anyone for their extermination needs!

I called E&G on this past Saturday with a squirrel that managed to get into my basement. The technician showed up four hours after the phone call and managed to locate the point of entry and force the squirrel out the way he came in. The point of entry, which was a small hole in the foundation ,was sealed with concrete. Problem solved! The cost was very reasonable, and the technician was great! Thank you E&G for a quick response!

It was a nightmare for me to wake up every day with itchy bites, but it got worse after I used E&G Exterminators. I contacted them at the recommendation of a friend, but to be honest, they arrived late, conducted little testing, and provided me with a lot of unclear information. The bites continued, and nothing really helped. It was definitely not what I had anticipated from a NYC service that was recommended.

Had a serious squirrel issue in the attic and James Squirrel took care of it like a true professional. He was knowledgeable, quick, and respectful of our space. Highly recommend his service!

My husband and I called them to come and get rid of a rat issue that we have in the basement. They charged us $800 for their service, and guaranteed us that the gas spread in the basement would get rid of the animal. We installed cameras, and the animal seemed to have been dealt with but it came back days later. We called the company to come back, since there was a warranty of 30 days. My husband stayed home waiting for them and they never showed up. Then they said they would come to our house Tuesday, of the following week, again they did not show up. Right now, my husband is home because they were suppose to arrive between 9am-12pm; and again no show. I have been calling to get our money back and no one answers. This has been a terrible experience and would not recommend them.

I can’t say enough good things about the technician, Jesse, who came out to our apartment today. He was professional and thorough and answered all of our questions. I don’t normally write reviews, but I was so impressed with his level of customer service and the time he took to explain things to us during the whole process. Very positive experience.

I have been using E&G exterminators for my rental properties for many years. This company is very thorough, prompt and efficient. The technicians are well trained and their methods are effective.

E&G Exterminators Hall of fame Co.They were the only exterminator co to get rid of my bug infestation and keep them away permanently. The Owner Ed is a hands on guy who has a tremendous staff especially Jimmy who simply is #1.I recommend them to everyone.

I do not recommend using them. I was not happy with the service. They stated that I had a 3-month money-back guarantee if I was not satisfied, but when I called the owner, he said I owed him money for the service calls. These guys were treating for snakes. Out of the three times they came, they provided the correct service one out of the three times. It was after the 3rd one that I decided to give up on these guys and find someone else. The owner stated he would refund my money after some back and forth, but I had to dispute the charge on my card because he never did. There are many exterminators out there; avoid this one at all costs.
