Installation of aluminum soffit between the old ornamental eaves enabled us to preserve the eaves, which we felt
were important to the overall look of our Victorian home, built around 1908. Aluminum and PVC materials, along with gutter guards, means no maintenance required. The quality of the work is excellent, and we think it looks great!

We just did a full house gutter, down spout and leaf guard installation around the house with Stern Gutters. Coun't be hapier with the quality of the work and service. I originally had another company lined up to do the work, but after weeks of delays and frustrations cancelled the agreement and went with Stern. They commited a date when we signed and started the work on committed date. Crew who came was professional and very through. Quality of the work is excellent, house looks nice.

I couldn't be happier with the work that Stern Gutters did at my house. The owner, who scoped out the work and made the estimate, was completely professional, as well as friendly and easy to talk to. He put my wife and me at ease. And his estimate addressed our concerns precisely, with no upselling! (a very important thing), and was fairly priced.
His worker, Saad, was also friendly and easy to talk to, explained things clearly and was completely cooperative. He did the work very well, did not rush through it, cleaned up and left the outside of our house exactly as it was when he arrived.

Stern Gutters was great to work with. They were easy to work with and professional throughout the process. I had them clean my gutters in the spring, and then had them come back to upgrade part of my gutter system. Louis and Saad were efficient with the install and left everything clean and tidy.

I wholeheartedly recommend Stern Gutters for any gutter replacement or repair needs! The office staff was very responsive and timely in their communications, the owner was very knowledgeable and ably addressed my concerns about dampness in our lower levels, and the installation team of Saad and Cristian were truly amazing, working hard climbing up and down ladders through driving rain that started earlier than expected so that we wouldn't be left without gutters. Our new gutters and re-routed downspouts have our entire house smelling cleaner and dryer than it ever has. 10/10 would use their services again...only they did such a thorough job that I cannot imagine we'll need them again for a very long time! Thank you, Stern Gutters, for giving me back my lower levels in my home! I'm so glad my house isn't musty and damp anymore!!

Brandon and Stanley came and installed new gutters. They worked extremely hard on 2 of the coldest days of the year and did a great job. They were informative and very helpful during the whole process. Would highly recommend Stern Gutters and their crew.

Stern Gutters sent Saad to my home today to replace a section of our gutters and do a complete cleaning of the rest of our gutters. Saad arrived on time and knew exactly what needed to be done and completed the job in about 3.5 hours. He did a great job and cleaned everything up before he left. I’m very impressed with Stern’s great customer service and professionalism. I requested a cleaning/repair on Friday night after another quick storm and a failed gutter that needed attention. I was pleasantly surprised to get both text and email reply quickly. Equally surprised when they scheduled me the next morning! Paul and Santon arrived and got to work on the entire house. They are both friendly and professional. The 1895 Victorian house has 30 year gutters, the guys repaired the problem areas and cleaned the entire system. Made some recommendations for future options to improve the system as well. Good communication with their office and easy online payment which was also a fair estimate too.

The estimate process was transparent and prompt, Aleks taking the time not only to quote the job accurately but to educate on each element of the roofing and gutter system. The roofing job was incredibly fast, with Jose and his team replacing our roof in a matter of hours with high quality craftsmanship. When it came to the gutters, fascias, and soffits, Stanley and Christian were great to work with, efficient, and adept at installing the high quality materials. Finally, when the existing structure presented issues to the job in progress, Aleks was reasonable and fair in negotiating a solution. I would definitely work with these guys again - they are the real deal.
