Stern Gutters gave a quick and through estimate, gave a reliable date for the work and did excellent work on our entire house. There were some issues with the house that they asked questions about and quickly resolved. Additionally, they had great housekeeping and professional demeanor at all times.

I recently hired Stern Gutters to clean my severely clogged gutters, which were packed with debris and even had vegetation growing in them. Not only did they do an exceptionally thorough job at a very reasonable price, but they also came back two weeks later to install gutter guards—and once again, their work was outstanding.

What really impressed me was their professionalism and accountability throughout both visits. They provided before-and-after photos for each job, which gave me complete confidence in the quality of their work.

The workers who came out were not only skilled and efficient, but also friendly and respectful. When they returned to install the gutter guards, I asked if they could fix a gutter pipe where the strap holding it to the house had come undone. They happily took care of it without hesitation—another example of their above-and-beyond attitude.

From start to finish, Stern Gutters was prompt, reliable, and detail-oriented. I’m so pleased with the results and feel confident knowing my gutters are clean, secure, and now protected with guards. I could not be happier in going with Stern Gutters for my replacement project. It was an all-pro experience from jump: clear communication via text, a friendly site visit to discuss and easy mobile invoicing and payment.

On install day, Saad and Cristian were pros. The guys were great, on-time, efficient, worked fast and the install of my new half-rounds on my porch look great. Stern is my go-to now for any gutter project.

I would like to take a moment to share our experience with this gutter service, which has been disappointing and, at times, extremely frustrating.

From the very beginning, we encountered issues with communication and scheduling. Despite multiple confirmations, the crew arrived late on more than one occasion, and in some cases, did not show up at all. When we reached out for clarification, the explanations were vague and unhelpful, leaving us uncertain about when the work would actually be completed.

The quality of the installation itself was equally concerning. Several sections of the gutters were improperly aligned, causing water to overflow directly onto our foundation during even moderate rainfall. We raised these issues immediately, but instead of taking responsibility, the company suggested that our roofline was the problem. We later had a second opinion from another contractor, who confirmed that the gutters were simply installed incorrectly.

Additionally, the workers left behind debris, screws, and pieces of old guttering scattered around our yard. This lack of care not only created a mess but also posed a safety hazard for our children and pets. When we asked for the cleanup to be addressed, the response was dismissive, and no effort was made to correct it.

Pricing practices were also inconsistent. We were quoted one amount initially, but the final invoice included additional charges that had never been discussed. When we questioned these discrepancies, the explanation was unclear and unsatisfactory.

Lastly, the company advertises ongoing maintenance and support, but when we attempted to schedule a follow-up to address the leaks and misaligned sections, our calls and emails went unanswered for weeks. Aleks, in particular, was unprofessional in both communication and follow‑up. This lack of accountability and follow-through has left us with a system that not only fails to function properly but may ultimately cause damage to our home.

Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this gutter service.

Stern Gutters was able to come out and clean the gutters on my rental property with less than a weeks notice. They also identified some missing drip trim and a bird's nest that was in that area. They took care of everything and their technician, Saad, was very helpful and courteous. I will be having them out again to clean up in the springtime. Pricing was also very reasonable. Thanks!
