I love this Home Depot is very nice very friendly environment and employees are very helpful

I had wasted almost 3 days in this home depot to order my blinds and ended up cancelling it after had a worst experience and poor customer service, specifically from a person called Andrew (Department Head). He couldn't even understand my questions / concerns and not even ready to listen.

Basically first i went to the store on Feb 22nd to request for a Blind measurement. On 26th the measurement was done. I went on the same night to order my blinds. The associate (Donna) ask me to wait for 10 minutes, ended up waiting for 1.5 hrs still she was busy with so many other tasks (looks likey the store doesn't employ many associates) and I left after wasting my 1.5 hrs for nothing. The associate called me back and apologize about the delay. So i went again after couple of days. After waiting 30 mins..repeated itercom request to get some one to assist on the blinds section ..finally i found myself an associate (Gary), he tried to help..but coudn't locate my blinds measurements and thought it may be missing.. so from that time i decided not to waste my time again..so decided to cancel and request for a manager assistance.. Andrew (Manager) came in and he is not at all ready to listen my questions / concerns (seems he was in a rush) and ended up cancel and get the refund for the amount i have paid for the measurement. Overall it was really a bad experience, specifically in this south plainfield branch..I never had any issues with all other home depot stores, i have been going for the past 10 years.
