Alex did an excellent job in explaining the problem in terms I could understand, ordered the necessary parts and returned within a couple of days to make the repairs. Alex is one of those people who takes pride in his work and it shows. Thank you again Alex!

Petro is an outstanding, honest and caring company. The people that answer the phones, the supervisors, the service people, good old fashioned customer oriented company. When their phone lines are busy there is an option to have someone call you back, they really do call you back, they just can't do enough for their customers. Their main focus really is the customer, it sounds corny but its 100% true. If you should have an issue with anything, they want to fix that immediately. I happen to have an oil furnace, i purchased a service plan that covers parts and labor on anything that could go wrong, at a super low price, so worth it. I wouldn't trust anybody else to handle my oil deliveries and service. All this is really true i have been with them for over 30 years. Check them out.

We have been a Petro client for many years, but never had a professional like Joe D doing the annual tune-up. He checked and cleaned every system component, replaced the parts that were faulty or at the point of failure, tested the system for oil leaks and toxic fumes, and gave us a complete report of the condition of the boiler. We can now go into the winter with high confidence. Thanks Joe!

I've been a customer for more than 20 years and last week Petro came through for me in a big way - and I couldn't be more appreciative and satisfied. During a routine maintenance call for my AC unit, something went horribly wrong and the unit was rendered inoperable. With a heatwave looming, I was beginning to panic, thinking I wouldn't have air conditioning during 90-plus degree weather. After several phone calls, I was assured by one of your managers, Jose Mendoza, that the situation would be resolved and that the unit would be replaced at no cost to me, since the error was the company's fault. I'll admit that I had my doubts and said so. But at 7 a.m. the next day, Mr. Mendoza called to say that a new AC unit would be delivered to my house that morning and that a tech would be arriving to install it later that day. Mr. Mendoza was true to his word (he and another manger delivered the unit themselves) and the new unit was up and running by day's end. I can't thank Mr. Mendoza and the folks at Petro enough for his quick action to resolved a very unfortunate situation. Their swift action and dedication to customer service are to be commended.

I had a problem last weekend with my furnace and I called Petro to have someone come. A very nice gentlemen by the name of Alex came and reviewed everything and determined it was not coming from the furnace which was a relief. He was very nice and checked everything to make sure all was working correctly, He did and left after he completed his work. This was the second very nice tech that Petro has sent to my house this year. I am hoping it continues with using knowledgeable techs.

I am so pleased with the excellent customer service we received. Patrick 804 took the time to do the job well and gave instructions to us in the event it happens again.

We've had a service contract for our boiler with Petro for many years. The boiler is extremely old but due to the annual maintenance visit that the contract provides, the unit still works well. Occasionally, however, there are some unexpected problems and that's when Petro's contract kicks in. Very recently, our boiler wouldn't start and we put in a service call. The technician, Rick, arrived so fast that it was almost surrealistic. He performed a lengthy examination of the problem and was able to fully resolve it. I have to say, he was a total professional, advising us in detail as to what the cause of the problem was and offering advice about how to resolve the issues in the future. We appreciated the amount of time he spent with us. He was also extremely polite and thoroughly professional, like all of the Petro reps we have met. Many times, customers who have service contracts with various companies find that when they need the service, the company is slow and unreliable. Not so with Petro. They have very good service and the best reps, as evidenced by Rick.

We have been customers of Petro Home Services for many years. Today our service call was handled by Bill S who was absolutely the best tech that we ever received from Petro. He was very professional, pleasant, and extremely efficient at quickly resolving our heating system issue. Thanks again Bill and Petro.

New customer, called for service and had a tech at my home in less than 4 hours. No charge for the diagnosis. Rick was very direct and helpful. If this is the quality of the rest of their technicians I'll be very pleased.

Had our annual furnace service call on 11/19/24. The service technician, Mr. Ransom, was very professional and did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he did and how to best care for our system. Extremely happy as a long term customer.

He promptly contacted dispatch to address the issue and ensured that I would receive the correct delivery. Danny went above and beyond by staying in touch with me, keeping me updated, and reassuring me that someone from Petro would follow up with further details.

True to his word, I received a call from dispatch within 20 minutes, letting me know a driver was on the way to deliver the heating oil.

As someone who has been Directing a Customer Success and support department for 20 + years, I understand how vital it is to recognize employees who go the extra mile. Rick (Tech 43) has serviced my equipment a number of times over the years; always courteous, punctual, informative, and efficient. Yesterday was no different, tweaked my new HVAC system. An excellent employee and a very nice guy. When i need service, routine or otherwise, always hope that I get Rick.

I have oil heat, have been with them for over 20 years never had a bad experience. Always prompt, very helpful and concerned about my needs.
