Petro provided us superior customer service on the telephone, and their technicians who arrived onsite were knowledgeable, polite and thorough in getting our central air replacement components working properly. The sales effort was zero pressure and educational, helpful for us as homeowners.

Thank you Petro for your prompt service and qualified technicians. I have had a service plan with Petro for almost 20 years. I recently had Alex, Tech #229 at my home to make repairs to my furnace. Alex did an excellent job in explaining the problem in terms I could understand, ordered the necessary parts and returned within a couple of days to make the repairs. Alex is one of those people who takes pride in his work and it shows. Thank you again Alex!

Petro Home Services exceeds the excellence of customer service!! They saved us when our oil company Wooley let us go with no oil & no emergency service which I paid in full for. Petro is AMAZING I promote them to anyone who needs an Oil company!
