We had a massive tree on our property that we wanted removed. The service was impeccable. Everyone was on task and it was done so quickly I couldn't believe it! All of my neighbors were also impressed w. Their work. Oscar Santamaria's crew and the crane man, Justin, went above and beyond! Will recommend them to anyone who asks! Keep it up!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Rich Tree Service. From start to finish through all aspects of project, they were ahead of schedule, highly professional, on-budget, and do extremely high quality work. Very impressive. Will use them again when needed

I hired Rich to remove two trees and prune a third at my home after getting four bids. Their professionalism started when I called the office to make an appointment for the estimate. They were very friendly and accommodating on the phone. I explained what I needed done and asked that they itemize the estimate. They were the only one of the four companies to follow that request. Rich was also the best price of the four.

Their work was excellent. As a former professional arborist (ISA certified) and forester myself, I know what to look for in terms of safety and best arboriculture practices. The crew doing the work did everything right, including an excellent cleanup of the yard and driveway after the work was done. And the next day I even got a call from Rich asking me if I was satisfied with their work. That call was the icing on the cake in terms of detail and professionalism.

I can't say enough good things about Rich. I would never call anyone else again to work on my trees.

I wanted to thank Crew #9, Thomas, Mauricio, and Isaiah. It was a scorching hot day and a big part of the tree was hanging dangerously. The team backed their trucks on the lawn
and brought the tree down piece by piece, I was happy and felt safe to go back in my yard. I thought the lawn would have some damage, but Nope, I didn't see tracks or damage, they
cleaned up like it never happened. Thanks again for doing a professional job on a less than ideal day.

We had a great experience with Rich Tree Service in March. One of trees in our backyard had split about 14 feet high. The broken part was hanging on its side. We called several companies for estimates, and they were comparable in pricing. I used the coupon in the Valpak and it saved us a bit more. However, the knowledge and professionalism of the gentleman who came to see the tree was terrific. I signed the contract the next day and got a call within a week to set up a date/time for the work to be completed. On the day of the removal, the tree was gone in about 30minutes and the stump grinder mulched the stump down in less than 10minutes. Everything was done well. We even got a thank you card in the mail after we made our payment!

I am so pleased with our entire experience start to finish with Rich Tree Service. They were extremely pleasant to deal with, gave the best quote, and did an amazing job with clean up. I don't usually write reviews but I was so happy with their work that I wanted to make sure they received recognition for being such a great business.

I had an excellent experience with Rich Tree Service. I had one very large tree and resultant stump removed as well as three other large trees pruned. The team communicated the process clearly to me, was tidy, and overall easy and pleasant to work with. I definitely plan to use Rich Tree Service again in the future!

We're longtime repeat customers. Crew 15 did an excellent job clearing our wooded lot. Will request them again in the future.

From first phone call, to prompt estimate, to working with my schedule, a reasonable estimate, to the actual tree work, this company was wonderful! It was not an easy job and the day was extremely humid and hot. The three men from Team 9 worked hard and with hardly a break except to eat lunch and left the yard as clean as possible. I recommend them highly and would definitely use them again!

The crew I had today were true professionals. #1404 amazed me with the precision and speed at which they took down two large trees in my backyard. We were concerned how they would fall these trees without inflicting damage on some very close fencing and a shed. But these guys made it happen without a scratch.

When we originally signed the contract they told us the scheduled time out was approx 2 weeks. (which was fine) Amazingly enough, we got the call 3 days later that they would be there the following day. Highly recommend this company.

I had a large limb on a maple tree come down, during the recent wind storm. I called rich tree service and I was given a very reasonable price to remove branches over my roof and other areas of the tree. The crew that came to do the work were very cooperative and did a great job. The gentlemen doing the cutting was very knowledgable and professional. The two gentlemen on the ground were also very knowledgeable. I would not have any problem recommending Rich tree service.

We had tree service done at our home and church - Green Brook Baptist Church. The sales rep Keith is a very polite, friendly and knowledgeable man. The men that came to perform the work were very polite and friendly also. They worked in concert as a team and did a very comprehensive and neat job. They were given specific instructions from Keith and knew exactly what to do. Everything went very smooth and professional. Clean up was great. Well worth the money.
Nick Massa Green Brook. The man in charge of the 3 man crew was Juan and what a GREAT GUY he is. He was sure to ask us if what they were doing met our expectations and was a very friendly polite man. It was obvious to me that the 3 men respected each other and got along well.

I am very satisfied with the services performed by Rich Tree Service. All interactions via phone and email were professional and timely. The work crew was outstanding. Their input on how to trim my trees was very valuable, making the end result far better that what I requested. The actual work and clean was outstanding.

I want to acknowledge the wonderful crew that came to remove and prune our trees today. They were knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. They cleaned up everything beautifully. This is the third time we have used Rich Tree Service and we are always impressed with the quality of their work and the reliable crews.

We had a dying tree on the side of our driveway we needed removed. Our landscaper recommended Rich, so we asked them for a quote.

The came in significantly below the other quotes we had so we chose them and are very happy that we did. They are a pleasure to do business with.

We also had a large oak in front of our house that we were considering for removal. When Rich gave us a quote, we quickly decided to have it removed as well. In addition, for a small additional charge the tree removal crew pruned and thinned a second large oak for us.

Following the tree removals, they sent another crew to remove the stumps and all surface roots.

Their crews were very professional. It was obvious that they knew exactly what to do to get the jobs done safely and flawlessly. They were very courteous and accommodating, and they cleaned up everything very well before leaving.

One last point: We had our landscaper preparing the area where the large oak was removed for grass seeding when we first noticed a couple of surface roots had been missed. We contacted Rich and they came out early the next day an removed the roots.

Thank you Crew #8 (Pablo’s crew) for doing an amazing job! The team was extremely courteous, efficient, and well-organized. They also made sure to thoroughly clean up after completing the tree removals. Highly recommend Rich Tree Service!

Tomas and crew #9 were awesome, they came in did the work in under an hour. Clean up was so professional that it looks like they were never there. Courtesy, professional, and all things good we received from Tomas and crew # 9.

Rich's Tree Service provides fast and efficient tree removal services. The Team was in and out of my yard in less than one hour. They removed one tree, and completely cleaned up the area leaving no wood chips or leaves behind. I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to call them in the future!

A very large tree fell on the roof of my house Wednesday afternoon during the wind and rainstorm. I contacted Rich Tree Service on Thursday. Their estimator came out to my house Thursday afternoon, gave me a quote that I accepted and scheduled a crew to come out the next day. They arrived Friday morning with a crane, bucket truck, chipper and other equipment. The tree was removed successfully with no additional damage to the roof. Their equipment caused no damage to my lawn and cleanup was great. They went above and beyond and put a small tarp over part of the roof that was damaged. I was very impressed by the professionalism and skill of the crew. I highly recommend Rich Tree Service.
