General Contractor reviews in South River, New Jersey

They dented the hood of my truck from a rock they kicked up with their lawnmower. Refused to take responsibility and or cover cost of damages. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have use this service for 5 years. This year had many problems with them. Lawn turn brown. Most of it ended up drying. they also stop my service because they advised no payment had been made. Called them after I noticed the lawn just getting taller. I called and I was treated really bad. I was surprised that after paying the thousands of dollars for years that was the way I was treated. They charged around $289 to send someone after 1 month. Stating they had to cut grass twice. Which it wasn't true. I had pay another company when they didn't show up. When i called The manager made me feel like I was stealing from them. I was treated so bad. Scream at, and hang up on it. The new company came two times during the time their service was discontinued .. grass was normal.
I am extremely disappointed after 4 year the service has just gotten really bad and they took my money and didn't want to return it. Few times i notice the charge but no service. But i am busy. I dont ahve time to call until now. I called they told me they were going to look in to it 2 weeks ago. as of today they have no call me back. People working your loan okay.
But after checking my credit card.people inside schedule your services and handelling your credit card and account give the worst service. Be very careful Pay attention on what they charge every month. Sometimes they don't show up and still charge your cc. And other times they will over charge you.

The Food is Delicious 😋 😋

Excellent work and customer service! We have been using CPD for years on our home projects as well as our business .

Charlie the owner is extremely honest and very reasonable with his prices. His work is Great and he stands behind his work! I highly recommend him.

Quoted me $20 per sq. ft. to pour a concrete foundation for a shed!!! Crazy! All my other quotes are around $10 per sq. ft. Be careful and make sure you get other quotes.

They did some concrete work for us last summer. Few months back I saw some crack on the old spot . I called them and spoke to Olivia. They came and fixed the crack without any hesitation. Thanks so much Olivia and Charlie

Couldn't have gone any better. Charly and his crew were absolutely great. This was a large project and the team coordination made it look easy. Everything was done as outlined in the contract and discussions. I am very pleased with the outcome and will definitely use CPD again!

CPD is a great company. Charley, is hands on and understands how to cultivate relationships with clients, and tailor his expertise to provide his clients with exactly what they are looking for. CPD "Quality" doesn't come from the sky, it is a quality business and Charley O is a quality businessman. Thanks Charley, we will be back for you services soon.

This company responded to my inquiry within a couple of hours. They came to my home the following day ( friday) and provided a very fair estimate. They called later on Friday to advise that they would begin work at 8am on monday. They began work at 7am on Monday morning and completed the removal of the cracked
Foundation surface and resurfacing by later the same day. The result couldn't be better. They are friendly, they work very hard and they take pride in their work. I highly recommend them and I will surely use them again. The other 2 contractors that I contacted.... never responded to my inquiry.

Great company to work with! Charley is honest, efficient, very knowledgeable and always in contact with you. His crew is polite, skilled and hardworking. Most importantly the work came out great. He built a complicated foundation for me that quite honestly I don't think some of the other companies I had out would have been equipped to handle. Would definitely recommend!!!

Could not be happier with CPD Quality Construction. Called a few different places for a large patio estimate and before I even heard back from most of the others, Charley, Alex and his guys had the patio DONE. Called him on a Wednesday morning, a guy showed up Wednesday afternoon, and by Friday, the entire 800 sq ft patio was laid down. They removed old pavers, lifted a screen porch and had to remove a fence. All was done with great care and efficiency. Patio looks amazing and price was very fair. Would highly recommend and will definitely be hiring CPD for other landscape work as needed.
