I used ServPro in the past and was pleased. However, I recently called ServPro in the middle of Hurricane Ida. The first office location I called added me to the list and then texted me a little while later to say they wouldn't come to me because they were too busy. The second location I called took my information and never got back to me. It's been over a week and I still haven't heard from them. I will never use them again.

They were very thorough. I had a few things that led to an issue but the company was very quick to fix things.

We had a toilet malfunction and had an hour long waterfall through the first floor to the basement. Totally disaster. It wasn't until Serv Pro showed up and started working their magic that I thought we could actually get through this. They were on time, courteous, and completely professional.
