I had such a positive experience with The Maid Crusade. Their website makes it very easy to book an appointment and allows you to choose what time window you would like them to arrive. The morning of my scheduled cleaning, I received a text notifying me that they were on their way. They arrived at the beginning of the time window and began work right away. We had a two person team clean for three hours straight. They did such an amazing job and left everything spotless and so very clean! I am very happy with the service and highly recommend them!

Excellent service around the appointment. And we were blessed with 2 wonderful housekeepers. Victoria and her mom did an incredible job with such attention to detail and concern for not missing a thing. Definitely will use again.

The crew had some road issues that caused them to be late, but I was communicated with the whole time. They did a nice job cleaning overall, especially bathrooms. I wish for the price that the oven was cleaned. I was shocked at how fast I was able to get an appointment, and they and incredibly courteous. Really loved that they kept a translating app on them to talk with me throughout their time in my home.

We have used maid crusade many times for routine cleanings. This time around, we had a horrible tenant who left the unit absolutely filthy beyond belief. The team came early, were super responsive to everything to be cleaned, they were professional, and completely transformed the unit back to our baseline. We cannot thank them enough, and highly recommend them for even your most challenging cleanings.

This is a fantastic company, very serious and reliable. We needed help with my brother in law and the team came and completely disinfected the apartment and also did some laundry. I am planning to use them regularly!

I've never had my house deep cleaned and let me say , I have never had my house so clean. The women arrived on time at 8:30 and worked continually until after 5. They never even stopped for lunch. Everything, and I do mean everything was dusted, wiped down and scrubbed. I was so pleased I will use this service for a regular clean also.

I booked and paid online which was so easy & convenient, I was able to see additional services and add them on as well. I was e-mailed to created a login on their portal which I look forward to using for my next booking. Communication was easy and the team was so friendly and kind. Best cleaning service I've had! They are very organized with the scheduling, very prompt, thorough with cleaning and focused when they do it! Others are busy with their phones or talking to each other, not focused so took others much longer to finish with poor quality service. This is our 1nd time with them and will keep them for sure! 🤗

They came in to do a deep clean of my parents' home before we put it on the market, and the team was incredible! They got into every corner and took care to make the place sparkle! Well worth the cost, which was honestly a bit less than I had expected. Do yourself a favor and give them a call. :)

Edited with a follow up - I had them back again after clearing out the garage and attic and they did a similarly stellar job cleaning those spaces, really preparing my parents' house to show at it's best. Please give them a call when you need to get things cleaned!

We have had a great experience so far! A very thorough deep cleaning and maintenance clean. Both times, cleaners arrived on time and were extremely pleasant and courteous. They were extremely thorough and attentive to all details. Everything was pristine and all items were placed back in perfect order. They do a wonderful job and are very kind and respectful. The owner is communicative, responsive and on top of everything. The customer portal is also excellent. Highly recommend.

Always on point with their service. Even they come same day when I call early enough. Nobody beats the time and ease of doing business with them. Use them at least once a month!

aside from doing an amazing job cleaning my house, i really appreciated these final touches that no other cleaning service ive used has done. felt like they transformed my home into a spotless 5 star hotel.

Julie came to clean and did a fantastic job! She is very personable and sweet. She was on point with every space cleaned. The house smells so fresh too.
