My technician was very knowledgeable and took time to explain to me in detail what the problem was with my AC unit. He told me in advance what it would cost and offered recommendations that would prevent or cover similar issues in the future. He was very efficient but also very kind. I will continue to highly recommend them by for all heating and air conditioning needs.

Today I had a tech come and make a tune up on my furnace and boiler. The tech was on time and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in terms I could understand. He was quick and efficient. He cleaned up everything before he left. Even the people in the office, Abel and Lenny were very cooperative and pleasant to deal with and answered all my questions and concerns.
I can’t say enough about this company. I give them TEN STARS !!

Abel arrived on time in the morning to give us our quote. He was friendly and very thorough and professional when explaining the problem with our AC. After accepting the quote Abel arrived early to do the work and was able to get our AC up and running. 5/5 stars. Would highly recommend.

I called a couple of other HVAC technicians that worked for me before and they kept pushing me off for a no heat call. Then I called Temperature Masters and they came out the same day! Abel knew how to fix the system error codes on my Navien heating system. He then removed the air from the radiators. We now have heat again! All of the employees are nice and friendly. They treat me like I'm family and I appreciate that. I will certainly recommend Temperature Masters! I also love their 24/7 commitment to service!

Temperatures Masters honoured HVAC 5 year warranty within 3 years of installation and took care of Inducer motor replacement for no cost . Technician that came to fix was very good and professional.

I called for service on a Saturday for my AC that wasn’t working - blowing hot air. The technician came quickly the next day. He performed a test and determined that there was no leak. He filled up the system with refrigerant and left thinking that the job was completed . The cost was $1300.
However, the refrigerant leaked out within 24 hours. They came over again and determined that my coil and condenser needed to be replaced. The replacement cost was around $4.5k with $1.3k discount applied.
At the end, I chose not to replace the unit living with a sunk cost at $1300 - money I could have used for a nice vacation. I should have shopped around. Living with no AC - an expensive lesson learned.

Temperature Masters came for annual furnace tunes up. They kept me apprised of when they were coming. The tech Melvin was very courteous, friendly and professional. He cleaned up after the job, was thorough and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Excellent job! .

He was very professional, helpful, even very patient. He took his time to explain what the problem could be, and how it can be solved. He was also open to questions and offered suggestions.
I will recommend this company anytime to anyone, because of my experience from today.

We had several issues with our gas boiler. They troubleshooted and now boiler is working properly. Daniel and Abel explained in detail what the problems were. Great recommendations they gave for the future too. Very nice professional workers. I definitely recommend them!

I belong to their protection plan and get the AC and heater tuned up twice a year.
They just did the AC and what a job! They were here well over an hour, dismantling me outside unit hosing it down washing the panels replacing filters and checking things in the basement.
I've had other alleged tune-ups that were done in 20 minutes.
PS just tuned up the heater for the winter, late september, I have their yearly protection plan which has saved me quite a bit of money.
These guys are the best.

I was having trouble with my AC unit and I just happened to see Temperature Masters truck up the street, I went up and asked them if he could come down and take a look. He Said When he was done with the job he was working on. It was about 6:00 pm when he started troubleshooting my unit. He took a short break for dinner, came back and stayed till the unit was fixed around 9:45. I highly recommend this company , great service! Great guys!

Tempature masters , let me commend you for excellent service and outstanding integrity. Not only did you repair my air conditioner after I was told by a previous company that ...it was beyond repair... but you repaired it at a reasonable price. Called them after hours on Sunday and they showed up , You have restored my faith, there are reputable companies out there after all. Thank you. 8/11/2024 - We’ve been in business with Temperature Masters since 2018. In the last year, they have become unresponsive to our multiple calls for emergency services. Even if they do work, they struggle to get themselves paid.

I had an incredible experience with Temperature Masters! I luckily decided to get a second opinion on a repair for my furnace. The job was done the same day as the initial appointment and for $3,000 less than the other company had quoted me. Abel was the technician that came out to my house, explained everything thoroughly and was very efficient! Highly, highly recommend this company to anyone that has any HVAC needs !

Excellent, knowledgeable team that was a pleasure to work with. My mother lost her heat/hot water and the Temperature Master folks got her up and running quickly and helped us with financing through our power company. Would absolutely use them again.
