Constraction reviews in Springfield, New Jersey

I shopped around and received several estimates. Luis gave me a fair and competitive price for a new roof and gutters, and was so detailed about the cost . I am very happy that I chose Jersey Eco Roofing. They arrived at 7am as promised and worked until dark . The crew was hard-working, professional, and cleaned up well after the job was done. I would highly recommend ✅

Where do I start. Luis was an angel sent from heaven. He was in constant communication from the first time I spoke to him until days after the project was done. He made my house look from a haunted house to a beautiful elegant awesome amazing house. I showed him pictures of images I liked and we came up with a plan . He explained every step to me and outperformed my expectations. Luis was very patient and even when I had last minute changes, he was able to communicate with me and make it happen. From the beginning , you can see that you are going to get exactly what you are asking for and more. I would highly recommended eco roofing with no hesitation. They are an Awesome small personable company that focuses on personal interactions and making the customer happy. They were willing to work with budget and time constraints and I never felt like I was lost in the process , which I have in many other aspects of finishing our house . I would absolutely call this company for any other projects and am confident in recommending them to friends and family . Highly recommend .

First and foremost, thank you jersey Eco Roofing and greatest thanks to Luis!!! I had different Companies checked my roofing prior before commencing on the job and from the first day I met Luis , I knew I was going to assign the job to Jersey Eco Roofing ! Luis wasn’t just being Professional and on time, but has a vast knowledge of roofing as a whole. This gave me a comfort and assurance of awarding the job to Eco Roofing. Other companies were NOT as detailed and oriented as Luis, but upon the completion of my roofing, I was glad I made a choice of choosing them to do my roofing. Luis , thank you for the great job and you delivered EXACTLY what you promised to do regarding my roofing!!! I highly recommend Luis as your representative for your roofing installation and Jersey Eco Roofing . Comparing other roofing on my block, Luis did my roofing based on the latest roofing technology. The price was reasonable and I got more for the worth of my roofing with impeccable warranty for material and workmanship, which other companies weren’t offering me

I can’t say enough good things about Jersey Eco Roofing. From the first inspection to the final cleanup, the team was professional, honest, and incredibly fast. They walked me through every step, explained exactly what needed to be done, and never tried to upsell me on anything unnecessary.

The crew finished my full roof replacement in just a few days, and the quality is outstanding. My house looks completely transformed. They also installed new seamless gutters, which made a huge difference in drainage, and the yard was spotless when they left.

What really stood out was how organized and respectful they were. Communication was fast, pricing was transparent, and their warranties gave me complete peace of mind. It’s rare to find contractors who actually overdeliver, but Jersey Eco Roofing did exactly that.

If you need a new roof in New Jersey, don’t look anywhere else. This is the company you can trust.

Working with Jersey Eco has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. Our association hired them to complete a major project involving the replacement of both shingle roofing and James Hardie siding on seven townhouse units—work that required extensive planning and coordination.

Before meeting Luis, we interviewed more than 15 contractors. Few provided clarity, and many left vague areas in their proposals that could have resulted in additional charges. By contrast, Luis took the time to walk our board through the entire scope of work in detail and presented a comprehensive proposal at a fair and reasonable price. He met with us several times and patiently answered all of our questions.

Jersey Eco began the project in mid-September and completed it by mid-October, exactly as promised. Their eight-member crew—professional, skilled, and led by Manny—worked with exceptional attention to detail. Even after completion, they remained responsive and promptly addressed any minor concerns.

Jersey Eco is a growing company with strong leadership. Luis is knowledgeable, confident, and genuinely committed to quality work and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Jersey Eco and fully believe they will continue to grow based on the strength of their workmanship and reputation.

Many thanks to Luis and his professional, friendly crew for their fantastic job.

They're not just Total Construction - but more like transformation specialists.

ABS totally transformed my ~1000 sq.ft unfinished basement into an absolute masterpiece. As someone who had never undertaken a major home improvement / construction project... ABS helped and guided me with the initial consult, design / envisioning, suggesting materials and fittings .. as well helped prioritize what should and should not done to keep the project within my budget.

As for the actual project - they're very professional, highly diligent, flexible ano skilled.
Some of the key standouts that I do want to mention about ABS.:
1. Their crew is very respectful to your home and surroundings. They clean up and do not disrupt the on going's at home
2. The owners Brian and Scott - are genuine and true good people
3. There were a couple of setbacks because of basement structure / layout- ABS although, were very accommodating and did not let that impact my overall estimates.

Special shout out to Alex: for being there everyday, rain or sunshine, working and speeding things up for certain milestone dates.

I'd highly recommend ABS on all accounts.

We finished our basement with ABS construction. They are able to start work based on our schedule.
