Total rip-off alert. They charge a whopping $225 just to take a look at your heating system. And if you agree to their schedule, you'll pay 20% upfront – it's non-refundable. The appointment time window is a whopping eight hours. If you try to pay with a credit card, they slap an extra 5% fee on top of that. Is this company for real? How do they still operate? Save your time and money by avoiding them.
I explicitly did not agree to those terms and fees just for a visit. You won't find my payment info in their system because I refused to be taken advantage of when I needed help the most. I'm sharing my experience as someone who desperately needed heating repairs, only to be met with greed. The company's response is laughable – it's full of lies and completely unprofessional.
