I had a routine maintenance inspection on my HVAC system done by another company in preparation for the summer months and was shocked to be told that not only were there major problems with my AC, but my heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. I was so upset about this unanticipated problem/expense and had Focus come out for a second opinion. I'm so glad I did! John Edwards came out and did a thorough and detailed inspection of both my heater and AC units. He took the time to explain that there were only 2 minor preventative steps I may want to consider with my heater down the line and that my AC unit was in fact working fine! Not only did he assure me that my HVAC system did not need to be replaced, but he dispelled "problems" found in that other company's report. They were clearly using scare tactics & fraudulent readings to make a sale. John followed up days later once I turned on my AC to ensure it was, in fact, working perfectly. I so appreciate Focus's professionalism, honesty, and commitment to their customers. I will never use another company!

I am Extremely pleased with Focus Hvac and also HIGHLY recommend them. This was the 2nd time I called then this year. The 1st time was in July for our AC unit which was fixed within 2 hours of me calling them on a Sunday morning and this time it was my heater same thing called early on Sunday morning and my heater was fixed within 2 hours of me making my call. Our tech this time was Alex and he was very nice and informative he explained what the issue was and fixed it. I will always call Focus for any of my HVAC issues.

I recently had some issues with my A/C unit and Focus came out on a weekend night within about 2 hours from calling. They were able to quickly assess the issue. I ended up needing a new unit which they installed about 10 days from the call. Talk about fast and professional. It helps that they are reasonably priced and I got 0% financing through PSEG with Focus doing all the paperwork for me. Overall fantastic experience.

Started with a service call and I liked how it was handled! Fast, knowledgeable and very friendly on the phone as well as in person. Turns out we needed a whole new system, Heater/AC since ours was 25+ years old. We had Dan come out to give us an estimate. Not only did he give us 3 choices, he was a big help with some other decisions we had to make concerning duct work . He explained everything perfectly! Even found us some rebates which really helped. No pressure at all! Even answered my emails when I had a question very promptly. Long story short...install went great and the guys were very polite and respectful! We love our new system and Focus has made us permanent customers. Thank you to all of you including John who is one of the owners who stopped by to introduce himself! Great experience! UPDATE 2024: We've since sold that home and bought another one that was a little further out in the country and I was afraid they wouldn't be able to come out that far. Not only did they come out that far we actually had them install a new unit into this home. Still the same great service and communication! So grateful that they can still come out when we need something! Highly recommended!
