my grandmother made an appointment to have her house cleaned this past Tuesday at 9 AM, nobody ever showed up, called, or canceled. When she called, nobody answered, and she had to leave six messages which were all left unanswered. I called this afternoon and was told that I wouldn’t be able to receive a call back until 2 PM in the afternoon. This is completely unacceptable.
