Great experience from the quote to finish! They removed a tree that was leaning against other trees that could have shattered my fence and gone in neighbors yard. They were friendly and did a first class job! Will definitely use them in the future!

Overall amazing experience with this company. Same day return phone call, next day quote, and schedule service the day after approval. What more can you ask than that, they did a great job cleaning up even with a frozen snow covered ground.

We have been entrusting the care of a giant old red oak in our back yard for the last ten years. The tree is very close to our house, with many overhanging branches, and when a big one that showed signs of decay fell on our patio recently, we decided after consulting Paul that it was time to “retire” the old giant. Rick expertly operated a big crane, Mason managed a crew on the ground, and after only two days of skilled & efficient work, the tree was safely removed. The always-professional work we have come to value & appreciate. We highly recommend this team!

I first used Tree Awareness back in the 90’s to take out 2 overgrown trees at my property in West Deptford. Both very large, and very close to the house.
I used them again about 10 years ago for the same reason at my current property. When we had a wet heavy snow a few weeks ago, a tree that hangs over my roof and still has dead leaves on it, was so weighed down it was touching the roof, and the tree itself was leaning pretty precariously Towards the house.
When I saw today that we might be getting 11”-15” of heavy wet snow this weekend, I was in a panic. I called them, assuming that they were probably booked solid, and they were. After explaining my situation to the office manager, she said let me see what we can do. She responded quickly, and even though they were booked solid, she went out of her way to make it happen. She had a crew here within the hour. Mason and his crew were both very professional, and personable. They got the job done quickly, and perfectly.

I can honestly say after using them, 3 times now, that they are not only the best at what they do, but very professional, and accommodating. They go above and beyond. Their pricing is more than reasonable for the level of knowledge, and skill they possess.

I also like that they are very focused on the health of the trees on your property, and don’t look to talk you into cutting trees down that don’t necessarily need to come down. Instead, in this situation, they suggested trimming the over hanging limbs, and canopy back, to make it safe with this storm coming. They could have easily said “it needs to come down”, and charged me quite a bit more.

I would recommend Tree Awareness to anybody who needs tree work done professionally, and at a reasonable price. You can’t go wrong with them. I can’t express my appreciation for easing my concerns, on such short notice the way they did. Thanks guys. Keep up the great work guys.

I received a quote for tree and stump, tree only and stump only removal and extra debris clean up. I signed and agreed to the contracted price for the stump only removal. I received a call from the company and when I confirmed that I wished to only have the stump removed, the company indicated that the stump only price was a discount only if the tree was removed. Nowhere on the contract was that indicated. The company unilaterally indicated that they decided to disregard the executed contract and not honor the contracted price for stump only removal. The company then, once again unilaterally, decided to provide me with an updated contract for stump only removal at a price that was almost twice as much as the original. For any company, this is poor business behavior and practice.
