The technician just left after repairing my dryer. Only good things....he knew what he was doing, he took apart the machine, pointed out the issue, repaired it, vacuumed the inside and put it back together. He gave out good advice, was friendly and conversational, fair price.

Great service - came out the same day we called. Although he could have fixed the washer, he recommended purchasing a new one due to the cost of the repair. He walked us through a few options as well as recommended a few local stores that would be better suited to our needs. Would definitely call him again for future appliance repairs.

He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem correctly (cold control) despite it being an uncommon part to fail. He was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Joe is fantastic! End your repair search here you won't find better customer service/experience. Not only fixed the issue I had with my dishwasher (which no other company I called would look at since it is a Bosch) but was kind enough to give me tips on care/use of other appliances in the house...not to mention he was nice enough to come out on a Saturday. Hands down the best you will find out there!

I called Excellentech for a broken washing machine. Joe was able to come the same day which was great! He fixed the machine and also gave me a whole lot of tips on taking care of the washer. I would highly recommend Excellentech.

A friend referred us to Joe when our old fridge started acting strangely. Joe took a look and told us it wasn't broken, and what we were seeing was normal. The fridge ice maker was also broken and Joe advised not fixing it as it would cost too much. He said to wait until appliances go on sale and just replace the fridge. He even provided suggestions on models he thought were more reliable than the one we have.

The upshot is that Joe isn't going to take you for a ride and perform unnecessary repairs. I'd recommend him. He's also friendly and a good communicator.

I called with my dryer not heating and spoke with Joseph. He immediately gave me appt. for next day early in day. Even when I spoke to him on phone I was content with him asking questions to help me & come solve problem. He was punctual & called me when on way. He is very professional/accomodating and friendly. He explained the problem and fixed part & cleaned out vents.

I called the company for my office refrigerator, Joseph responded to my service call immediately. The very next day he was at my office fixing my refrigerator. My boss wanted to throw out the refrigerator but Joseph was able to explain to us the problem and save the refrigerator. His prices were reasonable and good.

Joe was really great! He was communicative and let me know when he was on his way. He fixed my oven and also gave me lots of information about my oven and the condition it was in. He didn’t try to sell me anything, and he was patient with all my questions. 10/10 would recommend.

My refrigerator broke down a few weeks ago, Joe of Excellentech came out quickly to assess the issue and advise on options. He was extremely knowledgable and friendly. In addition to inspecting the refrigerator, he volunteered to check out our washer and dryer and even went outside to check the flow of the dryer vent, just so that we got the bang for our buck. When it was determined that the fridge needed to be replaced in its entirety, he made sure that in the following days that he was available for consultation by phone as needed.

Joe is such a great guy. He’s courteous, prompt, and gives it to you straight. He came and took a look at our dishwasher (which died) and told us it would make more sense to get a new dishwasher. Other repairmen might have tried to sell me on the repair, it joe was honest. He also shared lots of other helpful tips about appliances in general. All around a great guy with a great sense of humor. Would definitely hire him back again!

When my dryer vent is getting cleaned, the service guy broke the door of the washer when moving the machine. He couldn't fix it after multiple tries so he called Joe from Excellentech Appliance. Joe listened carefully and provided a few suggestions. I requested if he can come and take a look. Joe came, as nice and courteous on the phone. He thoroughly checked the washer and told me he needs to order a part of the door and that hope it will be ready the next day. He showed up the next day and fixed the door, only charged me one time of the labor. While he was at my house, he kept showing me how to clean the machine and make sure to do the maintenance correctly. I took the opportunity to asked him about the dish washer and he went to kitchen checked it up and told me what to do. He also gave me tips on how to clean the fridge, emphasize the maintenance is the key. That was all done after I've already paid him - it means he didn't have to all of that extra work!

Very impressed with how kind and professional Joe appears to be as a person. Nowadays people like that truly hard to find, especially a good skillset plumber!

Joe is fantastic! Very knowledgeable, responsive to communication, and hard working. I had a Frigidaire dryer that had a worn out belt. Joe immediately diagnosed the issue, got the right parts, and my dryer is now working again.

He knows a lot about appliances and walked around my home to give me advice on the other appliances I had.
