We used Logan Cleaning Service for multiple locations and spent many months trying to resolve billing issues involving duplicate charges.
The company ultimately acknowledged in writing that several charges were duplicates caused by a system error and that a refund was owed.
However, despite extensive follow‑up and repeated attempts to resolve the matter amicably, repayment has still not occurred, and communication has repeatedly stalled.
Based on our experience, billing accuracy and follow‑through on acknowledged issues were a significant concern. -
