One of the most phenomenal companies we've ever hired to clean our home. They are prompt business professionals, who services are above even a 5 star. Impeccable cleaning, with a proven track record to show. Usual times they state to clean they are always finished ahead of schedule, and get the job done right the first time. We never had to call for a reclean or detailing. I strongly recommend Logan Cleaning services to anyone in need of cleaning. Also they have certified KN 95 professional masks due to current corona issues, and each and every employee is more hardworking and respectable as the next. These are pros, if you want the job done right the first time go with Logans.

Highly recommend! They came to our home just now for a deep clean. Alyssa was extremely responsive and professional to book with and get information from. That clearly spreads to her staff because they came on time and were very efficient. I gave gave a walk through of what exactly I was looking for. What I think was the icing on the cake is they didn't just do the job and leave. When they were done, he asked what I thought of what we saw so far and if I see anything that wasn't to my expectation. Any spots that I thought they missed or needed a bit of touch up (just 2 very small things!), they gladly did it with a smile immediately. They respected my home and organized on top of their cleaning. Highly recommend! I have a 3 bedroom home, 2 bath, and finished basement, and they cleaned it all so well

I can’t recommend Logan Cleaning highly enough. I am a newer customer, but I’ve had a Deep Clean and a few Basic Cleanings and they’ve all been wonderful. Great attention to detail, (and we have cats so lots of fur everywhere) very friendly, and very careful with our possessions. Fanny and Ricky are fantastic and I’m so happy I found them!

We had a move out cleaning scheduled with Logan Cleaning Services. Their service was very good and professional cleaned very nicely. I would definitely recommend.

We used Logan Cleaning Service for multiple locations and spent many months trying to resolve billing issues involving duplicate charges.
The company ultimately acknowledged in writing that several charges were duplicates caused by a system error and that a refund was owed.
However, despite extensive follow‑up and repeated attempts to resolve the matter amicably, repayment has still not occurred, and communication has repeatedly stalled.
Based on our experience, billing accuracy and follow‑through on acknowledged issues were a significant concern.

I would not recommend or use Logan Cleaning Service again. We scheduled a move-in cleaning for almost $675 and to the say that the experience was underwhelming would be an understatement.

The cleaners that were sent to our house arrived an hour later than what was scheduled, which was very unprofessional. Once they were done cleaning, the smell of cleaning products gave us the false sense that the job was done well. However, 2 days later on the day of our move-in, we realized that upon closer inspection, they had barely cleaned anything at all. The inside/outside cabinets and the shelves in the kitchen were still dirty and sticky. They completely missed cleaning the drawers in the kitchen, which were filled with crumbs and dirty liners. The floors in the half bathroom had pieces of paper on the floor. The cleaning cost includes appliance cleaning, but the hood above the stove was left with grease all over it. The actual grates on the stove were still caked with cooking residue. When I opened the oven door, the racks and interior looked untouched. The dryer in the basement was still full of lint and dust. Once we moved in, I decided to swiffer the floors again, and the swiffer pads came up filled with dirt and dust. Additionally, the basement floors were still sticky/gross and the basement bathroom looked like it did before the cleaning, with the toilet still having stains.

Basically, we had to re-clean everything, which was really frustrating as we had spent a lot of money on a move-in cleaning that is supposed to include the following: dusting, interior window cleaning, baseboard cleaning, spot wall cleaning, full home sweeping and mopping, full kitchen clean and disinfection, cabinet cleaned and wipe down, appliances clean inside and out and wiped down, countertops, drawers, bathrooms scrubbed and disinfected, bedrooms disinfected and cleaned. We also paid additional money for tile/grout and mold/mildew treatment and I have to say, none of the bathrooms looked particularly cleaned at all. I'm not quite sure what the cleaners were doing for the 3 hours they were at our house, but they barely did anything on the list above.

We had really high hopes for Logan Cleaning Service, as the business has great reviews on Google and I have to say, my communication with Alyssa to schedule the cleaning was pleasant and efficient. However, the cleaning itself was beyond disappointing, especially for the amount of money they charged us. It's practically highway robbery.
