They text they're arriving on "xyz" day, but no window time, it's a good thing I'm home when they do show up, due to dogs and locked gates. The app and website is very difficult to maneuver, as it has issues with broken links/pointers within its software! The techs are decent people, polite and professional. It takes about 15-30 minutes to put down the application on my 3-4 small yard sections. After reading so many reviews, I hope I'm in a good area with a decent company as it seems some areas have horrible reviews while others have great reviews. I'm praying I'm in one with great techs and company with great results on my lawn! 🙏🤞

The young man who came to do the aeration and reseeding came to my door. He introduced himself and explained in detail what he was going to do. The job was complete including blowing the excess see off my pavement and garden beds. The young man was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient

This Spring I decided to leave the lawn care to the professionals haha as I was doing a terrible job on my own. Today was TruGreen’s first application of fertilizer and weed control. Specialists were on time, efficient and very polite throughout the entire visit. I’m looking forward to seeing the results in a couple of months or so. More updates to come.

I am so disgusted with TruGreen. Three weeks ago my lawn was fertilized when it was 105 degrees with technician on a two wheeler- motorized scooter. I went outside to tell him not to complete the service as it was too hot the fertilizer burned my grass last year. He insisted that I need to water it that night for 30 minutes each zone. Took four days for a manager to come out, he didn't knock on my door called me at 7 pm to tell me my grass was "sensitive." Give it a few weeks and it should be fine for my outdoor Graduation Party, and if it is not he will "spray paint" the spots. It is not. My yard is striped from everywhere the tires ran over. The only thing GREEN at TruGreen are the lousy technicians and the understaffed call center that takes overflow calls from the understaffed "local" offices.

I use True green for my shrubs and bushes and they never look as beautiful as they’ve been looking and I’m getting blooms on my azaleas that have bloomed since I lived here for seven years. Everything‘s looking amazing thank you again.

This is my home. It’s a 5 acre property 2 acres of grass. The rest is wooden true green has started a treatment in early spring and we are off to a great start. They have a good program and it takes time give it a chance and you’ll be a happy customer.

I had to fire them after one year. Our weed situation hasn’t changed and after requesting a better weed treatment, I guess the service man went overboard with the chemicals and killed half of our lawn. This will take a year to recover. A disaster!

Isaiah did an awesome job! He spent about an hour at our place and made sure the entire area was aerated and seeded. He was very pharaoh and making sure that he got every spot.
