Jackson Contracting, Randy Jackson and Jolene Gamarra have not responded to paying a Default Judgement to me in the amount of $11,606 by the Monmouth Special Civil Part Court of Monmouth County as of September 16, 2022. No work was ever done. Consumer Fraud for sure.
UPDATE: October 25, 2022. Jackson Contracting has still not provided the court with the court award for the Default Judgement against them for $11,606..
UPDATE: January 13, 2022. Jackson Contracting has still avoided payment from the default judgement against them for $11,606 as awarded to me by Monmouth County Special Civil Court. I just don't understand why they do not return money when no work was done or materials ordered. That is a lot of money and I do consider that stealing!!!!!!!!!! -
