We were left without heat when our four-year-old furnace motor finally gave up. Fortunately, the issue was covered under warranty. However, the replacement part wasn't delivered on schedule - no one informed us of a delay. It arrived when temperatures dropped to 29 degrees outside, leaving us shivering.
