Reviews of local pros in Towaco, New Jersey

I was given a frank and accurate assessment of the health of my trees and the scope of work required. Turned out I needed less work than I’d guessed; what I pleasant surprise! Mike and crew are friendly, knowledgeable and do excellent work. I’ll call every time.

Great job! Quick service! Knowledgeable team!

Joe and Mike did a great job and left our property cleaner than they found it.

These guys are highly skilled and experienced industry experts that are also very kind, clear, and transparent in their communication (which can be difficult to find). I am so grateful for how extremely thoughtful, informative, and diligent they were throughout the process!

They took down 3 huge trees in our back yard. Mike was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions thoroughly, and explained how the work was to be done. Came when promised, did great work, includi grinding the stumps. Cleaned up very well afterward. Price was readonable. We would highly recommend Arbor Ace!

Mike and his team at Arbor Ace Tree Service, LLC are great!! He's straight forward and honest, particularly about what needs to be done, how it will be done, and how much it will cost. Price-wise they were more expensive than the next guy, but Mike was upfront about it and why it would be more expensive. I had two trees removed, one that had partially fallen due to the storms (and was growing over my power lines) and another tree that was in front of my house overhanging my bedroom that had started to rot away. Mike pointed out that the tree should be taken down, regardless of who was doing it.

These guys take great pride in their work and set up wood boards on my driveway and lawn to make sure their machinery wouldn't damage my property and that the only thing removed would be the trees and branches. They came with 4 trucks, one of which was a giant mechanical arm that grasped the tree and cut the pieces before gently placing it onto the ground. Afterwards they cleaned up the worksite and they left my property looking better than when they had started.

It started to rain during the removal process and I opened up my garage to invite them in and give them some cover while the storm passed but every single one of them worked through it all. They're diligent, careful, hardworking, and responsible.

Knowing all of this and given the great experience I had, I would say the price is very fair and great value. If I have more trees to remove in the future, he would be my go-to guy! Highly recommended!

Mike, from Arbor Ace Tree Service, explained (in detail) all options and concerns about removing certain trees on my property. He spent the time to discuss the procedure his company would take to remove my tress. After explaining everything to me, he did not pressure me into making any decision immediately (told me to think about what I should do), then give him a call....Thanks...Mike

Joe from Arbor Ace is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He identified a tree pest that is plaguing my white pine, and told me the exact treatment necessary to get rid of it. I've had a really hard time getting someone to just simply come out to my property to give me an estimate. Joe is one of the only tree service professionals to help me. I'll definitely be using Arbor Ace for all of my tree service needs from now on!

Good people show up when they say they will

Prompt, courteous and a top notch job all at a very affordable cost. Will definitely use them in the future.

Great service from Orrs, explained everything and great value on quality also. Very happy with the work they did.

Tree fell down during a storm. They were there within an hour. Tree was gone that day. Very responsive. Great people. Highly recommend.

Orrs is the best. Arrived promptly at the time promised. Did work neatly , swiftly and professionally.
Workers were polite and courteous.

Professional arborists that I would recommend to anyone and use Orr's tree service again. Thank you!

Excellent professional arborists who not only cut up downed trees in our woods but also cleaned the entire area. We highly recommend their service.

Over the last few years I have had to have preventitive work done, dead branches removed and after a couple of severe storms, several small and large trees taken down, and I wouldnt call anyone else but Jimmy Orr. It is hard to take trees down, but he and his team do great work, and I recomend him whenever someone asks who they should use . I see lots of tree trucks around but for me Orr's is the choice!

I have used Orr’s Tree Service several times to remove and trim trees. They always do a professional, competent job at reasonable prices. I highly recommend them.

Many thanks to Jim and all his crew at Orr's Tree Service. They did a wonderful job today cutting down several trees, in spite of the tight road, narrow steep driveway, and mid day rain. This company will always be the only tree service I recommend if anyone is looking!
