Day of install they were at my house EARLIER then expected. Professional, courteous & took the time to explain what was best, what was needed, etc.

I called in to have a new gas firepit burner and assembly installed on short notice and I was able to get a visit and an estimate right away. They were fantastic. I was taking a wall down in my house and found an air duct that had to be re-positioned. They came in and withing 2 days re-routed my ducts in my room with unbelievable professionalism. Highly recommend them and very knowledgeable

Tim was very professional came to the house diagnosed and fixed the problem. Tim came earlier then the expected , Im just glad, that I was able to give him access during busy season .. Price is fair, but expensive for others, but worth the peace of mind.

Quite expensive (more expensive than PSEG), but that may not be a bad thing, since they are always available and ready to come in. Both Miguel and Tim are very courteous, professional and will show up even earlier then appointment is setup. I had a leak in one of the units and was looking for someone to come in and fix it within reasonable time frame. Surprisingly these guys didn't sound expensive over the phone and were available immediately so I was happy to setup an appointment while other guys (who were actually affordable, but didn't sound like it over the phone) were busy and could only stop by in a couple of days. Miguel quickly concluded that I have a leak in the system and offered to install a die and add refrigerant to the unit. I agree and he brought 5lb cylinder without scale. He spent 20 minutes adding refrigerant and gave me a bill for $500. The itemized charges were $175 for die (cost $22 on internet), $250 for 5 lbs of R-410a ($89 on internet) and $75 for service call. I understand that their time is not free, but it shouldn't be prohibitively expensive. I also wish there were scales to measure the exact amount of refrigerant added. Miguel told me that they are mostly interested in HVAC installations pointing that my other unit is old and I may want to replace it. In a ballpark estimate they would charge me anywhere from $8 to $12 thousands to replace air handler and compressor. And if I want a nice unit that my cost me $20 grants. Surprisingly but my other unit, old 2 ton R22 carrier, started popping breaker in a couple of days. In panic I called Tim. He was available and quickly came in. I asked for the most affordable solution and he offered me to upgrade the condenser unit only and reuse air handler by replacing a piston with txv valve (only $69 on internet). Offered unit run only ~$1300 with delivery on internet. I got $4850-$80(cost of another call) = $4770 quote. It was apparent that their labor cost ~$3k per day labor costs. Comparable quote from other guys came at $3500. But the other guys told me that R410a has pressures 2-3 times more than R22 and rusty old coil would leak within weeks. To replace it they will need to evacuate refrigerant again replace air handler, vacuum test it and fill it back with refrigerant. Charge for another day of work would equate to $4-5K including equipment. So I ended up going with the other guys as they offered $6K for everything (3 ton, R410a condenser and air handler). But again Air Washington is great for their availability. Always call them if you have an emergency and cannot find some one else who is affordable and available at the moment.

I had issues with my AC cycling on and off. I contacted Tim and he came out right away. Tim was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained each step of his diagnosis process to me. Weekend holiday emergency repair handled professionally.
It was a Saturday when A/C stopped working. Called several repair companies and availabilities will be on Tuesday because 4th of July is Monday. I understood the situation because it was weekend and a holiday. Then I called Air Washington and was told they were fully booked for the day. But then, after a few minutes they called back and said that they can squeeze me in and diagnose my system. I was very thankful that Miguel arrived just a few minutes. He found out that the system needed a circuit board replacement and unfortunately they don't have in stock and of course shops are closed. He advised me to use window A/C in the meantime.
Here comes Tuesday and Tim arrived early in the morning. Installed the new circuit board in a few minutes. Checked the system and made sure everthing is working accordingly.
I'm very thankful of their excellent service. Highly recommended team!
