Tim and Miguel replaced my existing forced air system with new AC and heating equipment a few weeks ago. They were really professional starting with the estimate and guiding me through the whole zoning and permit process. They ordered the equipment right away and scheduled installation just in time for those 100 degree days we had last month. These guys do a clean job and take the time to explain how everything works. New AC works beautifully, and I'm sure the heat will be great in the winter. Thank you!

Tim just installed our new AC system and it was completed in a few hours. Thank God for Air Conditioning! It's cool and comfortable again in our house.

My husband and I have used Air Washington several times for HVAC repairs and maintenance. Tim is very professional, courteous and always on time. He is thorough in explaining any issues and their solution and we appreciate that he has never tried to oversell us on something that didn't need to be done.

Tim is a delight to work with, from first contact to finished project. He actually answers his phone (!), makes appointments immediately, and arrives promptly (exactly as his automated system indicates he will). He came recently to re-wire a problem, and *also* did the overdue service on the outside A/C unit…leaving us well cared for, and confident that his work was done carefully and professionally. SUPER guy, EXCELLENT work, SUPERIOR administration. 5 stars aren’t enough!!

I never wrote a review before but felt obligated to do so after receiving terrific service from Air Washington. My background is in HVAC and knew that replacing my two 30+yr old central air conditioners was going to be difficult.

First, the original install was disastrous and needed to be completely ripped out. Yes, my units worked, but the install was done so poorly it would require the removal of an air handler just to change a motor. Also, the ductwork was disgusting, no way to shut off power to air handlers other than breaker located in basement, and the drains were Tee'd into one another; all going into a vent pipe.

After debating whether to do the work myself or hire a company, I decided that in order to do things correctly, I would have to hire a company. So I then went ahead and received 3 quotes...

Air Washington came back essentially where the other 2 companies came back at, but I decided to go with them because Tim (the gentleman I dealt with) was most professional and truly gave the impression that I was in good hands.

The install process was very smooth. All workers were polite professionals who cleaned well after themselves. Special mention should be made regarding the ductwork. What was my previous systems worst feature is my new systems best. They gentleman at Air Washington in charge of ductwork is an expert, and I'm so happy I chose them.

After several heatwaves during the summer, my family and I mentioned several times that getting new central a/c units was money well spent. Yes, I could have saved money and did it myself, or even kept shopping for the lowest possible price, but I'm totally aware that central a/c's are only as good as the people installing them. With that being said, Air Washington provided me with both an excellent product and superb service.

I could not be happier and would highly recommend Air Washington to anyone looking for HVAC work to be done.

The Company personnel were on time, efficient and professional in all aspects of the replacement of the central air compressor, and, the installation of a return airflow duct for the house. I recommend this Company.

Tim installed new return grill with ductwork for our basement zone. His work was very clean with smooth turns and he was on time and very knowledgeable.

It was a scorching hot day and my AC gave out. Tim came to fix it at the exact time he promised. He fixed it quickly and did not charge for emergency service as some other guys wanted. He was professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this company. I received several quotes with over priced estimates. Like a miracle, a friend found this company and gave me the number. They installed a central air system from scratch for my house. Tim was very professional, and down to earth. Detailed oriented, and dedicated many hours to the job. My town inspector at the inspection stated, "The company did a nice job". I agree, too!

Tim and the men who worked alongside him were wonderful. We needed a full unit replacement and they did an impressive job with removing the old and the installation of the new. They were punctual and very respect of our space. Nothing was left behind, and I especially appreciated that drop cloths were used in all areas of my home where they would be traveling through. Tim was honest with speaking to my husband about different brands including pros/cons and personal experience with each. The process was seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend.

I would like to thank Tim and Miguel for an absolute professional experience. Remember the days when a company treated their customers with care and respect? Choose Air Washington and you will get that experience! I received a few estimates prior to hiring Air Washington; EVERY ONE of them tried to sell me what they had in stock and did not care about my thoughts or concerns! Not only did Tim listen to my needs, he took the time to explain the different options that manufacturers offer. I chose to go with the Infinity series by Carrier; a multi speed system. Due to equipment shortage, this unit was hard to locate. Tim found my “Hard to find” unit at a Carrier warehouse in Syracuse NY and traveled 4+ hours to pick it up. Tim and Miguel did a wonderful job installing our new outside compressor and attic air handler. Each unit was meticulously installed and every wire neatly tucked into place.

Had an issue with the heat not turning off. Guys came over same day and walked me through the issue. Then shared the pricing before doing the job and had it fixed right away. Would hire them again, highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Air Washington Mechanical enough. I filled out an online inquiry form and Tim (the owner) called me back within 10 minutes. He was at my building within the hour, which was incredible given the urgency.

Our system needed a specific motor unit that isn't readily available. While other HVAC companies told me I’d have to wait a week to have it shipped in, Tim didn't settle for that. He called several supply houses until he found the part locally that same day. He came back that afternoon, installed it, and got the heat working immediately.

Tim is honest, reasonable, clean, and performs very detailed work. Other companies couldn't get this job done, but Tim made it happen. If you need HVAC help from minor projects to complex issues, call him!
