Saturday I bought 25 ft of Romex Wire old work the wire in the wall getting ready to put the outlet in strip the wire notice the white wire the neutral wire is totally gone about 25 ft of wire now it's 12:40 they're closed now can I take that fast

There’s a difference between people and robots, I’ve been calling since 8am to reserve wire. I’ve called numerous times and the last time I called I called to confirm that my arrival was okay because I will coming 3 minutes after closing time to pickup a 250 roll of 3/0 wire.

The girl confirms that’s it’s okay I emphasized repeatedly because I am on the job coming from pennsville NJ…. I should have known I was speaking to a NPC

I arrive at 12pm and I am knocking and waiting after 5-6mins she comes out ignoring me. I understand labor needs to come cheap but kids who are trying to get home to be on their phones isn’t good for business and especially the npc’s

I give billows a 2 star and not one because all other locations are extremely human and don’t play with you and take you serious. I’ve been driving all day picking up wire smh

No job too big or small! This company has helped me with electrical, plumbing and hvac needs. The techs are great and the pricing is very fair. I would definitely recommend!
