Their customer-service team is atrocious. And every time I call, they can't even announce themselves by the company name on the call? Hmmm...seems a little circumspect.

Also, all their ratings are five stars *and* the people rating them usually haven't left more than one review? There are a lot of things that seem off here.

I'm going to cancel my service. It just doesn't seem like they're worth the hassle.

I am totally baffled with this company. They called me 1/2 hr prior to my service window to tell me they were not coming due to an emergency. I rescheduled, and they did the same thing. Will never attempt to use them unreliable and unprofessional.

Get away from this company. Totally lied. I’ll give a 0 star if I could. Surprise to see so many good reviews - possibly they paid for them?

1. The cleaning staff showed up 3.5 hours later than the scheduled and time with no explanation. I waited the whole afternoon and have to cancel other things.

2. The carpet still looks exactly the same after cleaning while the cleaning stuff promised at least 3 times to me the stain will gone after the carpet gets dry. I don’t understand how the carpet will change by itself later if you didn’t remove the stain at the beginning?

3. The cleaning only last for half an hour and was very roughly. Even missed a room and I have to remind him.

4. The bill was more than double of the quote that I got over phone. I asked the stuff to contact his supervisor for explanation but he tried to offer me a tiny discount and asked me to contact him personally in the future.

5. The picture below is what I got the second day after the cleaning. Nothing improved. The cleaner was arrogant and told me:“my time is valuable”. Okay, so your half an hour is precious, my 3.5 hour waiting time is not? The time My family spent on re-cleaning the carpet is not valuable? You want others to respect you, please respect others as well.

In general, a total nightmare working with this company and I’ll tell everyone to not come here anymore.
