Excellent! I appreciate him. He came in and helped with our central heating. He’s friendly and his prices are good!

Excellent quality at affordable prices! The guys are wizards of home improvement! Many thanks!

Reliable, Communicative, Professional and mostly importantly, a kind person to work with.

Sebastian was one of the many contractors I consulted for two different projects in the house; replacing the skylight, and fixing a leak in the roof. He was extremely transparent with his pricing and his plan of remediation from the start and delivered the promised final product despite the many hurdles we came across.

My residence is a condo unit which comes with having to deal with the association involving numerous document submissions. Additionally, the job was submitted for an insurance claim which required photo submissions, appraiser visits and itemized quotes. During all of this, Sebastian led the charge and at the end, all work was approved through insurance and by the association.

Finally, one of the parts from Lowe’s was defective and he even re-installed the skylight with a replacement from Lowe’s, free of charge!

I highly recommend working with Sebastian as I hope to work with him for all my future jobs.

I’ve been miserable with my construction project - until I worked w Sebastian! I wish I met him earlier, I would have absolutely used him for all my construction needs. I moved all outstanding projects to Sebastian after my first time working w him

A friend referred him for electrical work, and I couldn't be happier with the results. He clearly enjoys what he does and explains the work. I also learned he can handle a range of other jobs beyond electrical work, so I plan to work with him on future projects as well.

Sebastian and his workers are perfectionist! These guys are built to execute. We have done gut renovations, at least five projects with them, passed all rough and final preliminary inspections with the townships with flying colors. This company is the truth I can vouch for them 1000% professional work with fair pricing.

Seb. is an outstanding contractor who helped me transform my 1949 old house into a breathtaking modern farmhouse style home. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I wholeheartedly give them a five-star rating for their exceptional work and professionalism. Their pricing was more than reasonable. They provided a detailed estimate that was transparent and fair. Throughout the project, there were no surprises or unexpected costs. Professionalism is a hallmark of this contractor's service. They consistently demonstrated a high level of expertise, attention to detail, and dedication to their craft. Their team was punctual, organized, and respectful of my property. They communicated effectively, promptly addressing any questions or concerns I had. It was evident that they take great pride in their work, and it showed in every aspect of the remodel.
Throughout the remodeling process, the contractor was attentive to my needs and preferences, ensuring that my vision for the home was brought to life. They provided valuable insights and suggestions that enhanced the overall design. Their ability to work collaboratively and turn ideas into reality is a testament to their professionalism and expertise.
In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend this contractor to anyone looking to remodel their home. Without a doubt, they have earned my highest recommendation and five-star rating.
