Plumbing reviews in Union City, New Jersey

Great guy to do business with. Highly recommend

Frank Pace answers his phone unless is on a job but gets back to you right away. His work is impeccable and by the time he leaves you would never know he was there. I highly recommend Pace Sewer Service.

We had a very "messy" sewer back-up problem. They were prompt, meticulous and cleaned up very well. The very best drain cleaning service we ever used. Many thanks.

Excellent!

Professional, responsible, fair priced. Totally recommend them.

Cleared backed up house sewer line in basement. Reasonable price.

Excellent work and very good to work with. Saved us money while also solving our problem!

Best guy around. Straight as an arrow. I m a landlord I have had many sewer companies. No one is close to him by a mile.

Experienced, talented, smart and deliverate.
Working with them was a pleasant experience
He fixed the roto rooter mistake that cost $600.00
One of the good guys.

Wow!! I am so thankful I found this service. He showed up within 3 hours after my call and found that the issue was simply debris clogging my drain. He fixed the issue within the 10 min and only charged me penny’s compared to the $500 and $400 I was quoted from other company’s. I am happy that I found someone I trust Incase I ever need help again. Thank you!

Ivar is the best, what a character. Great job all around. Came the same day I called and was creative in fixing the problem and suggesting ways to save money. A total treasure, use these guys !

AMAZING SERVICE. I wasn't available to be there when he arrived to help us with a clog in the sink drain but when we came back, we were shocked to find that all the dirty dishes had been cleaned and put away! The drain is completely unclogged and sparkling clean. He also organized everything under the sink for us, which is amazing because we had a ton of plastic bags all over the place.. We HIGHLY recommend going with him!! THANKS Richie!

Being a property manager, I've delt with a few different drain clean out guys. Richie quickly made my permanent contact list. His experience and honesty are rare, Stop reading and call him now! No joke, don't let other companies rip your eyes out with pricing.

Ivar is THE MAN for sewer and drain cleaning. Had an issue with our main sewer line (6 unit condo in Hoboken) so first we called a handyman thats done small stuff before. Nothing against them but after 2 hrs of snaking the clog remained. They had me nervous we'd need to dig up the street in front of our building.

The handyman company actually recommended Ivar. He's like the dentist who cleans dentist's teeth. He came same day and in 10 min recognized what they missed and had the right equipment to unclog the main drain. Problem with handymen is sometimes they don't have all the tools on hand and need to go rent something which means a repeat visit....thank God for Ivar.

Ivar is professional, responds quickly, on time, has the right equipment and gets the job done quickly. Your problem will be solved and your troubles will quickly "away go down the drain" have used Ivar several times and recommended to associates. Fair prices and quick service. Don't waste your time calling anyone else.

I cannot recommend this company more! When we called, he both responded and made an appointment for that same day. Richie was fast, efficient, and tried multiple methods to solve our problem for us. He even was helpful in providing information for future help to keep the drain from clogging again. Extremely professional and was even great with our dog that gets nervous around new people.

Exceptional experience.
From making appointment to diagnosis, Ivar was attentive, professional, capable and a cool person.
He took the time to explain the pros and cons of my backyard drain set up and offered solutions.
He'll be my go to drainage person to call in the future.

Very irresponsible. I called Richie D to change the pipes in the slop sink in the basement. He felt it was better to snake it which he did. The next day, my toilet and kitchen sink got backed up!! Not a coincidence. I called him the next day to tell him what happened and he immediately hot defensive and said "what do you want to to do about it" and "it wasn't his responsibility " really!!!? So now I have to spend more money on getting a real plumber who knows what he is doing after Richie made matters worse!! Call someone else who backs up his work and guarantees thier work!!!. In my opinion, he deserves 0 stars.

I only have great things to say about Ivar at Richie D Drain Cleaning LLC. Ivar showed up quickly, was friendly, courteous and professional. He cleared my kitchen drain which had been backed up for quite some time and covered my cabinets with towels to keep the smelly drainage off them and even cleaned up after his work.
To top it all off, his rates were reasonable so if my drains are ever clogged again, Ivar will be my first and only call.
I had called several other plumbers and drain cleaning services, such as the incompetents at Roto-Rooter who just gave a steaming pile of excuses about why my drain couldn't be clear and they left an invoice for the outrageous cost of $478.00

Ivar met with me the same day I called to help fix a regurgitating drain in a rental property. He was organized, respectful, professional, and personable. He spent more than 2 hours on the issue and was positive and professional the whole time. His rate is very reasonable. He would be the only person I call for similar problems in the future. I would recommend him to all my friends.

I've called upon Richie D several times over the last several years to help with some plumbing issues. Very easy to contact and schedule an appointment, and Ivar is always on time and offers great services! Clearing drain lines isn't the most pleasant business, but he's been nothing short of professional and informative, and helps explain his thought process, potential causes, and ways to prevent issues going forward. There's a lot of care to make sure no damage is done to the building or floors either, which I really appreciate. Pricing is more than reasonable for the work done, especially compared to larger companies. Would definitely recommend!
