My fully-stocked basement freezer stopped working and we did not know it. It was a disgusting mess!!! Alvaro and Kevin could not get it up the cellar stairs without opening the freezer 😳🤢😱 and removing the door. They did a GREAT job. The office staff, Jamie and Annabel, are friendly, patient, and helpful. I will recommend them highly and will be calling them again soon.

SERVPRO did a wonderful job when I had to deal with a leak from the upstairs unit. They were prompt, efficient, and made a bad situation tolerable. Thank you!

Great Service! We had a water issue in our kitchen over the weekend. ServPro arrived quickly, on time and immediately began getting our kitchen cleaned up. I had no idea what steps needed to be taken to remedy our situation, thankfully they were here. They cleaned up - removed damaged areas (where mold could grow) and set up their equipment. Their service was outstanding - called in advance of every visit, professional crew and explained everything that would happen during these few days.

I am writing on behalf of my grandmother who does not have a Google account: Servpro was extremely professional and responsive both times I needed them due to flooding and sewage backups in my basement. They were at my house within an hour after I called them and they finished the job quickly. The workers were all very kind and courteous. I am very pleased with the work they did and would recommend them to anyone in need of their services

i had a water heater that needed to be replaced and water was leaking everywhere. An area of my downstairs carpeting was soaked so I called SERVPRO. They were extremely nice and were able to come out within 24 hours. They explained everything and how long it would take to remove the damaged carpet ahead of time and they were true to their word. i would highly recommend them to anyone.

These guys were awesome, immediate response and continued monitoring. They handled it and we are very happy.

Servpro and another company submitted bids for my remediation and restoration work. Servpro was consistently communicative, on time and provided excellent remediation, while the other company missed appointments and repeatedly made vague excuses for lack of communication. Servpro's restoration team worked within my budget. The 6 to 8 day job is done. The men doing it, Henry Cascante and Emmanuel Cruz have been very respectful, professional and flexible within my time schedule. Henry actually listens and adapts to client input. The "Union County” repair team, have made a distressing situation evolve to a tangible solution that is looking great. I trust them and will do so again..

Tried to get an assessment and a quote. One technician was here. Took pictures but did not do restoration. Set up an appointment for the next day. No one showed up. This in May 6, 2025. I call they apologize and then send Randy. He looks and promises to email quote for repair by May 9. No quote. No call. At least 3-4 phone calls this past week. No quote. Promised quote bt Thurs May 15. Nothing. Called again yesterday. No return call. It is a smaller job but if you do not want to do it, just tell me. Why waste my time and energy. Excellent crew from Carl, Marco, Anthony, and everyone else!! They did a top notch job restoring one of our rental properties that was victim of a fire. We are very thankful for their professionalism and dealing with insurance companies to minimize our stress while bringing back our property to life so tenants can open their doors for business once again. After mitigation was complete, they informed that they were overbooked and backed up. Disappointing given that was not disclosed initially.

SERVEPRO was very helpful in providing solutions to the water damage. My water heater broke, flooding the basement. During the initial consultation, plans were drawn up, of how best to correct the problem.The estimate was free. They replaced the water damaged wood and removed all damaged items. The workmen were very knowledgeable ,very efficient and cleaned up. .
I highly recommend their service.

We used Servpro over a year ago following a burst pipe in our upstairs bathroom, which resulted in water damage through the first floor and basement. Servpro were extremely efficient, informative and provided excellent service that helped in our claim with the insurance.
