Had my first cleaning in my home on 3/20/18. I was very nervous because I've never used a cleaning service before. When I got home from work I could smell the clean in the house, everything was perfectly dusted and the silver fixtures shined. Very satisfied with the service.

I used Maid Pro this past week. I was very happy with the results. Marta did an exceptional job and I am excited to have her return every time.

Nitza and Marilin turned my apartment from a greasy, cat-hair covered mess to immaculate in under two hours. They're friendly, professional, and efficient. I was not able to leave due to a recent surgery, but it didn't feel awkward or like I was in their way. Would highly recommend MaidPro to anyone looking for cleaning help.

This is the first time I've ever used a cleaning service and am very happy with the fine job! Zakia did a very thorough cleaning of our home, was pleasant and polite and we will definitley continue to use MaidPro.

The pros always go the extra mile to ensure a job well done. They are thorough and helpful, and they do a consistently good job. We're always surprised at how much gets done in a relatively short window of time!

Stephanie and Chaunice did a great job cleaning our house, top to bottom! They were efficient and paid attention to how things were arranged and put them in their right place (and I love how they arranged my kids' toys in their rooms!) Will definitely be using MaidPro again.

The best house cleaning ever! When I got home from work, I walked from room to rom saying Wow! Michelle did such an amazing job! She went above and beyond. She cares about her job and it shows. Also she was on time and a very nice person. I highly recommend this company.

My husband and I have been so caught up with work that we just haven’t had the time to really clean up like we’d like. I finally caved in and called MaidPro to see if they can send someone to my home to help. Had such a wonderful experience with my call and couldn’t wait for them to come. **Day of cleaning** My husband got home before I did and he was so THRILLED to see the house so squeaky clean and so was I! Everything was nicely organized and a lot better than what we expected. Aneiry did such an amazing job that we would love to have MaidPro serve our house again :)

Cynthia was a great young energetic stuff you have. She is the best, I don't need to explain what she wants to clean in my home as she did it in past. everything was perfect.. They are good and the followup before your visit was very smooth. Your coordinator is flexible enough to accommodate your request, even in the last moment.

I have been using MaidPro since 2018 and have never experienced less than an excellent cleaning service. I recommend MaidPro highly.

TLDR: I do not recommend them. It turns out there were many exclusions that were not mentioned when we were told we’d get a “top-down cleaning”, and many items that are on their checklist were not even completed. If they do poorly, do not expect a fair refund.
I am writing this review never thinking I would need to write a review like this for a company. My fiancée and I hired Maid Pro to clean our 2-bedroom condo before we moved in officially. We made sure it was completely empty (except for a few dishes and one closet) to make it easy for it to be completely cleaned.
We were excited to see our first home clean to only be greatly surprised by the lack of cleaning there was. To list them off:
1. The upstairs walls were still completely covered in dust. They mentioned they don't clean walls but then proceeded to say they do dust. However, they clearly don’t since it still had visibly thick dust in the bedrooms.
2. The low hanging chandelier had a thick layer of dust on top of it. They said that is excluded from cleaning. Had we known this was excluded, we would not have gotten the cleaning.
3. All shelves in the bedroom still have a thick layer of dust. We couldn't even use them for storage from moving in which is why we hired them in the first place.
4. They said they cleaned the trim both upstairs and downstairs but when I rubbed my fingers along the top, it still came up with dust.
5. They said they cleaned the shelves in our kitchen but the higher up ones were still dirty. They said that their cleaners couldn't reach these shelves but I was able to by getting on counter and I am not tall. Had we known that slightly unreachable shelves were not to be cleaned, we would have not gone with their service.
6. There was still grease over the stop top. The person on the phone said they tried to get it but couldn't get it all off. They are supposed to be professional cleaners. How do you not get this off? Plus, I found this out by rubbing a paper towel over it and it coming up wet (so not that hard).
7. The refrigerator had a dirty napkin left in it even though we paid extra for in-appliance cleaning.
8. There was still dirt in the drawer of oven though we paid for that.
The list can go on with what was left unclean. All of this was not done yet somehow they said it took two people 2.5 hours totaling 5 hours of cleaning. I hope anyone reading this post can do the mental math on how that does not make logical sense. I will give them credit that they did offer a total of $100 back and a re-clean. We took the $100 since it is something but not enough for the frustration we experienced of moving into our first home. For those out there looking for a cleaning service in this area, I cannot recommend this company. They ruined one of the best parts of first house buying which was having it move-in ready for us to make this place our home.

Maid Pro does an excellent job of cleaning my home. I find them to be an experienced and responsive home cleaning service. From the very beginning, Maria and the rest of the office staff clearly explained their procedures to me and a representative came out and provided a quote. If there’s ever a question or concern Maria or Bridget get right back to me. And unfortunately, that seems rare these days. Overall, I find their staff to be professional and trustworthy. Monica is a true cleaning professional! On her scheduled days, I look forward to coming home after a long day’s work and seeing sparkling counters, floors, mirrors, backsplash etc. and noticing the thorough cleaning she provides as I move throughout my home in the normal course of the evening. Maid Pro’s 100% satisfaction guarantee is just that. Following every cleaning, they immediately request feedback in a simple and clear 3 question survey. Feedback is reviewed in a timely manner. For example, once, I was not satisfied with a cleaning and Maria contacted me right away the following morning to discuss. A Maid Pro was rescheduled at a mutually convenient time and re-cleaned my home at no additional charge, just as they advertise, addressing my area of concern and incorporating that into future cleanings. They also provide a clear checklist of services provided which helps to manage expectations. Payment with a credit card is easy and secure and helps to keep track of expenses. I reached out to several cleaning services and as a customer, I am glad I chose Maid Pro. They provide quality cleaning services in a responsive and professional atmosphere.

Exceptional service, I am using Maid Pro for the second time, and both representatives named Jazznell Furman Julisa Vazquez were amazing. These two individuals went above and beyond by taking care of my home as though it was their own. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs some kind of service. On time, they made sure to take care of every detail and no issues.

I am so happy with the service provided. The ladies were very detailed oriented and left my house spotless. In the past I used a service called Molly Maid, and now that I have had a chance to use MaidPro I can definitely tell the difference. The Molly Maid Service was more expensive, did not wash dishes, did not dust well at all, did not clean stainless steel appliances in the kitchen unless you provide the cleaner, and would only clean refrigerator if you emptied it out. I received all of the mentioned services from MaidPro and it was at a MUCH better price! I am definitely going to continue to use them, as I got so much for my money. The ladies were really nice too. Loved them!

My home is fresh and clean, it is a pleasure to come home to a bright and shiny kitchen after a day out. The entire house is sparkling clean. Having my home cleaned by Maid Pro allows me to spend more time with family and friends .

Rosangela at maid pro is awesome!!!!! It took a lot of convincing to get my husband to agree to have someone clean and after he saw Rosangela’s work it was a no brainer! She is thorough and puts her own little touches here and there!! She does a fantastic job!! Maid pros prices are also very very reasonable! We are highly pleased with this company!

I have had my 3rd cleaning with Maid Pro and they need disappoint. There was 1 worker here yesterday and she did such an excellent job. They are an extremely professional company with great workers.

We've been really pleased with the services we've received from MaidPro! Marta is always so friendly, and does a wonderful and thorough job of cleaning our home (which is usually full of dog hair from our very furry dog). They've also been flexible and understanding when we've needed to cancel or reschedule. I would definitely recommend.

Martha was amazing! She was on-time, thorough, kind and efficient. Would love to have her back. I’ve used other cleaning services before but MaidPro is my favorite. Very professional and affordable.
