Diana has worked for my family for over ten years . She and her team are excellent, I love coming home to my spotless home after she has been there ! Her attention to detail in the kitchen and bathrooms are second to none . In addition , as long as I have had the pleasure to know this lady , never have I seen but her smiling face ,incredible woman an utterly trust worthy . When I have some things to donate like clothes my girls have outgrown she has gladly accepted them and sends them in a container to those less well off in her country . The Maids have been cleaning for us for over ten years. We are very satisfied with the job that they do, and we would recommend them highly.

Satisfied with the work the team does. They are in and out of the house quickly. Customer service is helpful when I call to make special requests. One of the challenges is that because it is not always the same people, they do not "learn" the home the way someone else might.

We have used their services for many years. Whether we are home or not they come and do their work consistently well. On an occasion they damaged something and upon my complaint they sent a man to make the repair; an unusual extra for a maid service.

The team is FABULOUS, especially Nakiya Ferguson!!! I couldn’t ask for a better service, they take their time and my house is always sparkling clean when they’re done. I highly recommend the Maids Of Union!

They do an excellent job. They always ask me to check everything before they leave to be sure, I am satisfied. I have asked for and get the same crew every two weeks. This way I don’t have to explain any special tasks I have. They even do some things that I haven’t asked, or have forgotten to tell them to do. I am quite pleased with this service.

Have been using THE MAIDS for about 15 years! Love them! They are thorough, responsive, polite, work well as a team, and follow up with any thing they might have missed - which is rare!

Very disappointed. I should have read the reviews about how unreliable they have become. While corresponding back and forth in an email last week, we came to an agreement on a day and time along with all I needed to be done in my home. Thinking I was all set for my cleaning, I call today to confirm the appt with my credit card and I'm told they are no longer available that day and its first come, first serve. Nowhere in the email did it mention you needed to call back with your card information or you will be cancelled.
