A rooter pros were recommended to us by close friend, who uses this company for his residential and business needs for many years. We had clogged kitchen sink drain line for couple days. At first, tried to clean it myself using "GUARANTEED" unclog by some liquid solution from home depot. Then I've tried to use snake too. It did not work as well. Wasted money and time. Do not make same mistake-call professionals. Adrian and Pedro came IMMEDIATELY and did EXCELLENT job - within half hour everything was finished and cleaned. Thank you "A Rooter pro's"

Phenomenal service. Abe, Adrian and Pedro did a great job addressing the issue and shared before and after videos of my main line. Very responsive and pricing was fair. Would recommend for a hydro jetting and descaling. Will definitely use again in the future.

After discovering a leak in my home I was referred to A Rooter Pros by a friend. They arrived within an hour of my phone call and took the time to explain every available option to me and even which was the most cost effective. I personally want to thank Abe and his crew. They were professional and friendly. They completed the job quickly and for way less than was expected. A+!!

I saw that A Rooter Pros have many 5 star reviews on Google. They came on time to unclog a bathroom sink drain and replace the brass p-trap with PVC. The technicians are polite and professional. I had no concern about having them in my home. They used a drain snaking machine to remove the clog. I am completely satisfied with the quality of work and will call them again.

Very rarely does a vendor impress. Dealing with vendors, especially plumbers or similar, can be a challenge. It’s not always their fault. Clients are a challenge as well. However, when the company is managed properly, this makes all the difference. Abe, my main contact here, did everything he could to make sure this was a smooth repair and most importantly, repair happened quickly. Pricing was fair and commensurate with quality + speed. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Abe and his team were professional, knowledgeable, clean and down to earth. They came to assess a plumbing leak in my basement and knew right away what it was and how to fix it. We just purchased this home so we have no history on the plumbing and had no idea they would find a screwdriver in the trap! They gave me tips on general maintenance and ways to prevent it from happening again. Their prices were fair and they worked quickly. I would absolutely recommend and will be returning to them for any future plumbing needs.

After 2 visits from rotor rooter I still had a clogged drain. They wanted to charge me possibly up to $20,000 to dig outside. I found a good plumber (Joe),who recommended “A Rooter Pros”. These guys Adrian and Herb were the greatest! They put a camera down the drain and found my problem. I was in tears,being frustrated from money wasted with rotor rooter and now this. They were all very compassionate and understood. But they assured all would be fine. They did their magic and my drain is working great!!! They did a great thorough job!! Very professional!! And checked pipes MANY times with the camera to assure they cleared everything. I was shown a before and after picture,and what a difference. Thank you Adrian and Herb for the great job and putting up with me lol. And thank you Joe for recommending them!!! I will definitely recommend them!!

We had root intrusion in our sewer lines and was in need of having the entire 75 feet of original line completely replaced. Rather than excavate, Joe and his team were able to go through the basement and in one day’s time, had our entire line brand new. They were professional, on time, left no mess, and were easily the most competitive on pricing. Hoping no one goes through sewer line issues, but if you do, call them. They’re fantastic.

Abe and his crew came recommended by an acquaintance in our town. Glad we took the recommendation! Two of his crew came to check things out, and worked tirelessly for about 3 hours to clear the main drain pipe in our building, which had caused our unit to back up through the bathtub and render our toilet inoperable. They were courteous and professional, and wore face masks the entire time. We intend to use them for the future, and recommend them without hesitation!

Rooter pros responded fast than there estimated time of arrival. They were very professional and informative. They were able to correct the problem. They also took the time to put a camera in my sewer line to show me the scale build up in the line, and then provided an estimation for descaling of my line. I would call them again for sure.

We recently used A Rooter Pros to scope and unclog a pipe in our basement. They were able to come out very quickly which was helpful given we were down to only one bathroom. The issue persisted despite hours of very, very hard work. The owner himself came out to check on it. Not only was that incredibly kind, but his team of workers that came out were also great. They were honest and gave us suggestions for what to do to avoid it in the future. We are blessed with older pipes so they did what they could to avoid damaging the pipes. I really appreciated how thorough and transparent they were. While I can’t say I hope to need their services again because plumbing issues are a bit scary, I would without a doubt call them.

Pedro and Eduardo were excellent! On time, professional and when the plumbing situation turned rough they handled it. Unexpectedly, they had to open up the kitchen ceiling to get at the rusted pipe. They got it done!!

I called A Rooter Pros somewhere around Thanksgiving ( a few days before Thanksgiving!) because my kitchen sink is not draining with my garbage disposal backing up. Ed and Pedro came..and I tell you...these guys are amazing!! They worked so hard and didn't stop until my kitchen sink is working!! Work was hard..but they persisted ( even though they had to open up a wall to get to the main problem) They are very professional, very patient when we had lots of questions..explaining everything in detail. Definitely the best team in the house.! So glad I called them ..! Would definitely recommend them because they are the best!! Thanks so much Ed and Pedro for your dedication and hard work!

We've utilized A Rooter Pros for a couple of issues. First, earlier in the year, we had a clogged toilet drain. This company was referred by our plumber. I contacted Brian, at A Rooter Pros, and he was quick to mobilize his team with Adrian and Pedro, who came to the house within an hour to assist with the problem and fixed it. Adrien and Pedro were very professional and thorough in diagnosing, and then fixing , the issue. They were also extremely nice to work with and very respectful of our home, cleaning up debris if/as needed.

This time, just yesterday, we discovered a blockage in the main drain pipe. Upon contacting Brian, he, once again, mobilized his team, Ed and Pedro, to come out within 24 hours and they diagnosed and fixed the issue in a timely manner. As with the earlier team, Ed and Pedro were professional and kindly respectful.

My gratitude is extended to the entire A Rooter Pro team.
