The plumbers that came to my home were very professional.
They listened and asked questions to get to the root of the problem
After discussion they did their job and was successful for now. I say now because they just came today and I need to evaluate for a few more days.

11/8 continental did such a great job last one I called them again. I needed a new pressure reducer and some water lines moved. They showed up on time, were extremely helpful and did a great job. From start to finish, everything was smooth and easy.

I emailed a request and heard back almost immediately. I was given a quote which was very reasonable. They scheduled for the first day I was available and showed up right on time. The guys had everything they needed with them which sped up the repairs/replacements. They wore masks, respected the building and cleaned up after themselves. I will be calling back for future plumbing needs.

Juan and his helper did such a good job. They were professional , arrived on time, assessed the issue, gave knowledgeable information about the problem and explained how they would fix it, repaired the problem and cleaned up afterwards. I love this company. Their services are reasonably priced, they are courteous when you call, and the experience of the technicians is always spot on. They are my go to company for plumbing and heating. They also do excellent work every year on my furnace when the season starts. They are the best!!

My water heater died and because I live in a condo and the water heater is upstairs, water was leaking into my living room ceiling and onto the floor. I called Continental Plumbers on a Saturday, as I had used them some years ago to replace a toilet. The woman I spoke with (I believe her name was Valerie) was extremely warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She told me that one of their plumbers would be at my home within 90 minutes ON A SATURDAY! I was so grateful! The plumber who came was extremely professional, kind, and thorough. He did a wonderful job replacing my hot water heater. I HIGHLY recommend Continental Plumbers! Their professionalism and service is phenomenal!

I needed a front outdoor faucet replaced and they came to check it out the next day. They noticed how bad my main water valve was, and offered to replace it as well (which I always wanted to eventually do), and I was booked the following morning. While they were doing their job, I asked if they can replace an ugly and rusty sewer cap while they are here, and add it to the invoice, he said "Sure, no problem". Then before they left, I again asked, "Hey, do you mind doing the outdoor faucet in the backyard as well?, just so I can have them both updated", and they got working on it right away. They were both very helpful, neat, clean, did great work and explained all of the new pipes and valves they installed. I am very happy with the work that was done and will definitely use Continental Plumbers again.

I was looking for plumbing services and discovered Continental plumbers right in my backyard. Had a bathroom sink replaced. Service was excellent and completed in a timely manner. I also needed an outdoor faucet replaced which I dropped on them at the last minute. This was handled on the same day and a new cutoff valve was replaced as well. I highly recommend Continental for all your plumbing needs.

We had a wonderful experience with Continental Plumbers, LLC.
They replaced our water heater and installed a new kitchen faucet.
When we called them for an appointment, which was quickly scheduled, the lady who answered the phone was very courteous and diligent.
The technicians , Patricio Sucyzhanay and Marcelo Monroy, came on time and were very courteous and knowledgeable.
They did such an amazing job, done with quality, professionalism and competence, leaving us with peace of mind and confident that we were in good hands.
We will definitely be using Continental Plumbers in the future and highly recommend their services.

I always use this company for all my plumbing issues. They are the best. Today they replaced an old steam boiler with a new one. A few years ago I also used them to replace another steam boiler.

Each time I use them (approx 8 or 9 times over the past 4 years) their work is outstanding. When you see a solder joint soldered so perfectly on a large diameter pipe with no porosity pit marks and a perfect bead... that's the work a craftsman which these guys are!

I admire their scheduling reminders and estimating system which are provided to me by text messages.

Their estimate process breaks out every detail of the proposed job including the parts, and labor which shows how honest they are.

And the best feeling is when I make a panic call and explain my plumbing problem.. I am always taken care of as fast as possible ....... that's what you want...... immediate service when water is leaking all over the place...

I rate them 10 out of 10 stars.

They understood my water pipe problem the day after Christmas. Gave me a time and their technician was there right on time. The technician explained the situation to me and the work he was going to do. Sure enough he was true to his word. Very professional.

Had sewer trap drain issue. Juan Carlos came on time, diagnosed the cause; explained all potential causes and possible fixes. Issue was resolved..Juan Carlos and his apprentice, Raphael were amazing!! 5 stars all day. I just found my new plumbing company. Highly recommended!!!!

Second time I used Continental Plumbers. Great experience. I recommend them. Again we needed Continental. This time it was a toilet issue. Service and problem solved the day I called for help. Nice people, reliable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Continental Plumbers.

I reached out to Continental Plumbers for a french drain work. I was impressed with their quick response to set up an appointment with me, investigate the basement, and complete the job as quickly as possible, and with great quality. Their quick response gave me peace of mind, knowing that I won't have to worry about dealing with water in the basement. I was also pleased that they offered an affordable price. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work, and would highly recommend them.

Work was done in a timely manner. Everything was clean and neat when they leeft.

I used Continental Plumbers for the first time recently.

Initially, I was very apprehensive about what needed to be done after it was discovered during the initial assessment that the problems with the bathroom toilet on the 2nd floor and of an outdoor faucet could not be addressed until two very old meter shut off valves in the basement of this close-to-a-century-old house had to be replaced.

Juan Carlos, the point man was very helpful at pointing out what needed to be done first. He was very attentive and helpful... so were the actual service/repairmen, Adolfo and his apprentice (I'm sorry I did not get his name). They, too, were very attentive and explained to me in simple terms how the job was going to be done.They were all very professional. In the end, everything turned out fine.
