I've been using Continental Plumbers for several months now. First off, Valerie who plays an important role. She is always so pleasant and cheerful at all times. She has helped me in choosing products and coordinated everything. Such a pleasure. And, the workers are awesome ALWAYS! I only know Edmundo who has always come. He knows his stuff and is a dear but the others are good too. Today, they came to deal with a nasty basement problem. Great job again. I give high regards to all of these employees!

Called on a Monday morning and received same-day service, within 2 hours, for steam heat not working. The technicians quickly diagnosed the problem with the furnace, got necessary parts and repaired issue in a timely manner. They also did annual maintenance service on the unit to assure no further issues through the rest of winter. Technicians gave great tips for regular at home maintenance to extend the longevity of the unit. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been using the service of Continental plumbing since 2016. From consultation on renovations to emergencies they’re here for us. They are professionals and work efficiently and leave the work site better than when they arrived. There is no project they can’t do! They even mentor and train apprentices and they are thorough. I have complete confidence in this company, we rely on them exclusively.

Continental is always on time the job is always perfect respectful knowledgeable the price is always right Juan Carlos is always amazing with his work they didn’t have openings for the day we needed for the dryer to be installed so I called Service professional which everything but professional the wanted to charge me 500$ I called back Continental they came the next day they were done in 10 minutes and 300$ less than Service professional we highly recommend CONTINENTAL AND DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND SERVICE PROFESSIONAL!
Honestly with Continental not only the price is always right since they have done other work for us but they’re knowledgeable professional and their work is always impeccable from now on everything we have to do we will call Continental even if we have to wait and hoping to continuously have Juan Carlos!

He handled the installation smoothly and took the time to address my concerns with patience and care, which really put me at ease. Everything was done neatly and efficiently.
