Friendly Tree Service- Fine Pruning of Trees and Shrubs

Overall a positive experience. I appreciate that Friendly Tree uses professional arborists. John came by quickly for the quote and was the only one out of the multiple quotes I checked to suggest a different pruning than I had originally planned. Based on his assessment, what I wanted would leave the tree weak and kill it within 5 years. And how if that tree falls into the neighbor's yard after we did an overly aggressive pruning, the neighbors homeowners insurance could sue us for negligence. I'm glad we adjusted the plan and was surprised he was the first to say anything. Only issue was that there was a miscommunication as to what exactly would be done and one limb which I thought was part of the plan was untouched which left me a bit frustrated. I reached out to them after and they sent the crew out again a few days later to fix the issue. The crew left my yard clean and hauled everything away without a trace. Price was more expensive than the other quotes I received but I went with Friendly Tree because they would keep the tree alive. Only suggestion for the future would be as part of the contract/quote to take pictures of the tree and highlight what exactly will be pruned because that can be vague. In any case, I would use Friendly Tree again.
