Salesman Steve promised that he was local and would assist with scheduling and anything else I needed. He DID NOT deliver!
I canceled my contract because I could not schedule to my convenience, and they still went ahead and did aeration and charged me for it even though I had canceled.
They busted my sprinkler heads and did very poor seeding directly over the crabgrass. I's a few days before Labor Day, I have guests coming and my yard is a mess.I've been asking to speak to a manager and no one calls me back. All calls go to headquarters and there is NO local service
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
