Reviews of local pros in Verona, New Jersey

Poor workmanship

He was very rude to my wife... after speaking with "John" or "Andy" (whomever!) he expressed his frustration that he had to wait a few minutes because my wife didn't answer the door quickly, and when asked to please remove his boots (because he didn't have shoe covers and they were very dirty) he and I quote said "I'm done" ...turned and left!

Received a recommendation from my friend regarding this company and they where as advertised. Straight forward and able to quote me a good price that they never changed once the job was complete to my satisfaction. Will use again.

Thank you!

I just called for an hourly rate and he wants to come and see especially when I said it was a few shelves and a TV to be installed on the wall...then he put the phone down on me!

Requested an existing celling fan with light be replaced with an recently purchased one
made this request by email and on phone.
Gentleman came to quote and do the work. Basically walked in and said he could not do it.
I'm at a lost. I called an electrician

I just spoke to this company. Tried making an appointment for tmm. He gave me a window of 10-1030. I mentioned even if I wasn't there, my nanny would be there as I had an appointment from 9-10 and would be home by 1010 at the latest. He said kind of rudely that he didn't deal with nannies. He asked if we could do 1030-11, I said no because I had another commitment and didn't want to risk being late. I then asked why he didn't deal with nannies and was given the response " I think you should find another provider" without answering the question. Guess they really don't need the business. Quite annoying.

I needed some work done at my mom's house in Cedar Grove. I used Andy oncall of Morris County in the past and was very pleased with the work and service. Andy Oncall of Essex was not different. Very professional and clean. The customer service was also outstanding as you speak to a knowledgeable person.

They were able to take care of the tiles we needed replaced on the bathroom floors and shower walls. Recommended and will use again. Thank you.

I have 3 experiences with Andy on Call. first - its not really andy but his name is John - (just a joke). I explained all the details and he sent his best repair man to our location. Before getting started we know what the price is going to be (best estimate) and everything that was promised was accomplished! We were so happy with all the projects - since they were not something we could do. one example - we had two Koala Baby Changing stations installed! I would highly recommend this group to anyone who needs help with chores they just don't know how to do. After each project the area was cleaned up..!!

The work Aurelyn did was flawless and she did much more than was asked of her. Her attitude is great and she should charge more in my opinion (but don't tell her I said so).

Found via a friend’s building forum as highly suggested. Took a long shot as it wasnt a personal reference but I needed It done. Just bought a house and wanted it deep cleaned before I moved in. They were timely, efficient, and the house is immaculate. Baseboards, shower, kitchen, etc. No stone left unturned. Feeling like I can walk barefoot and step foot into my own shower (as I should feel). Affordable pricing and flexible schedule. Would highly recommend.

When we first moved to Jersey City we were a little lost when it came to finding a good cleaning service. We have a dog who sheds a lot, my husband and I work long hours and with a baby on the way, needless to say we needed to find someone who would be able to help us. We were introduced to Aurelyn and I am so grateful for it! She offers absolutely unbelievable service! The girls are so friendly and thorough!!! They will be my go to from now on! Rates are competitive and worth ever cent!

If you're considering hiring Aurelyn and her team, absolutely don't hesitate! Flawless works efficiently and within a timely manner. She provides all the household cleaning items - which was a super huge help for my husband and I. Our floors are spotless, the dressers and desks are shining, and she organized to make our home look clean, warm, and fresh looking! I wanted someone reliable, who would arrive on time, and know exactly how to get the job done, and that's exactly what Flawless provided. If you're looking to hire a cleaning service to do a superb job, most definitely check them out. We're new to the area and we'll be using them for the long-run - glad to have someone we can really count on. Thanks Flawless! - Aliya Levinson

Service, punctuality, and communication were on point and mannerly! Brought their own supplies as well! My husband says he would like to rehire PGC for his business. Awesome you guys, thank you so much. We will be in touch soon.

It had been a struggle finding cleaning company for my hospitality business. But I am beyond satisfied with Ann. She is very professional yet personable. She takes a great deal of pride in her work and fully completes all tasks asked of her. I was impressed that she was willing to redo an area to accommodate my guest. We will definitely continue to work with Purple Glove Cleaning Service.
