I have used Appliance Werks for several years and I am very happy with them. They will take all the time necessary to trouble shoot a problem and give you the best and most cost efficient options for repair. I also purchased a new dishwasher from them and they were terrific in helping me find the right one (that was in stock!) that would suit my needs. Their installation was flawless. Everyone has been helpful, considerate, and professional whenever I have used their services.

When our oven decided it needed a "pause in operation" a few days ago I pulled my list of appliance repair possibilities. Thankfully my first call was to Caroline at Appliance Werks. As a first time customer I was welcomed with efficiency in a very friendly manner. I was satisified with prompt scheduling, explanation of cost and the manner of text follow-up.
The repair appointment was today, timely and Neil quickly diagnosed the issue and corrected the lack of heat. He definitely was experienced in his trade. -

They came out to fix my dryer and charged me a lot of money and then the hose on the back of the dryer kept falling off. I called two times and it took three days for them to call me back then the girl told me that they would come out, but if it’s not their fault, they’re going to charge me and I explained to her the hose wasn’t coming off until they fixed the dryer and she kept saying the same thing over and over again and I told her that I don’t want you people coming out because I’m not gonna get screwed again so don’t trust this company they break stuff and then they try to blame it on the customer. The girl was extremely rude and obviously reads from a piece of paper because she does nothing but say the same thing over and over even when you call with a complaint. I’m also going to inform my sister who referred them to never use them again and I’m going to make sure I put it out there on Facebook and everywhere else I can they type of people they are! UPDATE:::::They just responded and lied again. I first called Monday and they did not call me back until Wednesday. They did not call me the next day. Also they did move washer to fix it. So done with them!
