I recently called Bartlett Tree to provide me with an estimate for our Japanese Maple tree. Matt was great! He arrived at our house on time and provided us with an excellent service. His assessment was thorough and also offered me helpful tips how to continue to properly maintain the tree. The price for the pruning and ground fertilization was reasonable and the crew did a great job as well. We have finally found a great company to take care of our beautiful tree in the future. Thank you!!!

The Bartlett tree removal crew were great! They were very professional, respectful, and worked expeditiously to take down our tree. They protected the inside of our home as they brought the branches through to the chipper out front. I would highly recommend them!

I'VE BEEN WAITING NEARLY A YEAR FOR A QUOTE from Bartlett.

Been a customer of Bartlett for a few years, but their recent service is atrocious. I am still waiting on quotes from visits from 6/20/2022 AND 4/25/2023.

Despite my numerous attempts to call, leave messages, emails sent to the administrative assistant at Waldwick, Kara Faraldi, about how long we've been waiting for a quote, "Can you please advise when we'll receive this quote?" Nothing. No response.

Initially when we first started using Bartlett, they were wonderful, prompt visit, knowledgeable arborist to advise us on how to take care of our plants, quick quote, etc. However, for the past year they have absolutely dropped in service. We had requested a quote for some sickly shrubs around our property in June 2022. Ryan Grabosky visited our property and spent an hour or so talking to us about what treatments were needed. However, he *never* sent over a quote. We reached out multiple times via email requesting a quote of the services we discussed, and he sent us a quote on removal of a dead tree. No quote for the services needed to take care of our sickly shrubs. I reached out to Bartlett again this spring to ask for a quote another, then another arborist visited, David Eylers. He was an hour late to our appointment but still arrived. He advised us on the treatments needed for our plants & trees, but still again. NO QUOTE. We even provided him a written request, with photos, of exactly what work we needed based off our discussion w/ Ryan from June 2022. That still did not help.

I'm concerned now that our sickly shrubs will need a lot more help to recover. It'll cost us a lot more now to treat them and bring them back to full life compared to if we addressed these issues immediately when we first called Bartlett.

STAY AWAY. Horrible service. Not reliable.
