Needed my ice maker fixed and I am still waiting after almost a month. In the mean time we have had to buy bags of ice and ice trays.

They kept saying "No Warranty for Services"- in other words, they keep charging you 250 dollars each time, even if they were not effective last time. Very expensive and frustrating ugh

They were awesome with new AC install. They installed custom duct work necessary for air handler(not previously installed in original installation). Other contractors ran from this work but Bogush stepped up and knocked it out of the park!!!!!!!!! Highly recommend them!!!!!!!!!

Had work done by two disrespectful young men who cared more about what I was doing than their job. Nasty attitudes constantly complaining about not wanting to be there, Just awful attitudes. Boss sent another plumber the next day to clean up behind them because he did not like their work photos.

Company was hired by water company to fix backed up mainline. As soon as tech arrived he complained the entire time about how my plumbing was messed up and how he didn't think I really had a clog. He called his boss several times who urged him to already try to snake it. He opted to snake it the lazy way and of course it didn't work. I asked him if he could snake it through main pipe he said it would take him too long and he'd be here all day. He left. New company cane fixed my issue in 30min easy.

Both Gregorio and Joe were available to rectify the problem with the inlet and outlet of the water heater water connections and both did an excellent job and both were extremely professional. I would definitely use Bogush Plumbing in the future plus recommend this amazing company. Thanks again for your service.

I needed someone to repair a washing machine that had a leak and was leaking below to other apartment. Bogush plumbing came within 24 hours . Greg did a great job. Very professional . Will use them again.

Pump Express is part of this larger company, Bogush Plumbing. We contacted Pump Express late last week with an emergency when BOTH of our grinder pumps stopped working! We are an animal hospital operating 24/7/365. Everyone from the dispatcher, estimator and technicians, to the boss (Rich, Rob & Craig) were professional, efficient, and above all, responsive! They were on site quickly, provided a clear estimate of the work, had everything in stock and arrived first thing Monday to repair and replace our pumps. Rich even fixed it so half way through the day we were able to use our washing machine which is crucial to our operations. He went out of his way to help us and he & Rob kept the work area clean and safe; this is where ALL of our equipment is to run the hospital and it's a small space! Highly recommend these guys Pump Express! Thank you again for everything!

By far the best and most professional plumbing company I have ever worked with! I can't recommend them enough. Their technicians are patient and knowledgable, and have made often stressful circumstances more bearable. They are also incredibly reasonably priced - no need to go elsewhere for estimates!

I had my hot water heater/boiler unit replaced by another company (Platinum Heating and Cooling - DO NOT USE) a few months back who didn't complete the work (unit was leaking) or get any necessary permits from the city. I was in the process of selling my condo and needed the permits to close. I called a few different plumbing companies and was turned down by each because they didn't wanted to be responsible for someone else's terrible work.

I was referred to Bogush by my realtor and they jumped in to help as quickly as they could. They repaired the leak within a couple of hours and Gina R. helped me get the permits from the city all before I was scheduled to close on the sale of the property. Gina was super helpful and helped ease my anxiety throughout the process. No matter how many times I emailed and called, she was always happy to help. Will definitely use Bogush in the future!

We are very happy with the plumbing work done by Greg and Brian from Bogush Plumbing. Greg was very professional and he thoroughly inspected the water connections in the condo. Greg and Brian both went above and beyond in replacing the water valves. They were also both happy to answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend Bogush Plumbing and Greg!

I called this place for an estimate and the plumber (Greg) showed up looking very clean, presentable and most importantly professional. I mention "clean and presentable" because I had another estimate from a different company and the plumber was so filthy I really didn't want him in my home. As Greg walked in my home I noticed he was a good listener, he let me get all my concerns out before saying one word. He took the time to explain to myself and my husband everything that was going on and was very confident in what the problem was. Being he was confident and very generous I told my husband that I wanted him to do the job. We had him do the job and are 100 percent happy with his work. So far we haven't had any problems and I'm happy to have had Greg do the repairs that were needed. Moving forward I will be utilizing Bogush for all our plumbing and heating issues and will be requesting "GREG" for the repairs. Thank you Bogush

I usually don't complain about what happens if it makes sense. However, what happened today is ridiculous and makes zero sense. The Bogush service provider told me that they would call me about the price before working on the site, no matter what type of work it is. Now, I got a phone call telling me that they've already finished the work and are charging me a certain amount of money. Before scheduling with them, they assured me that they would call me about the price, and I double-checked before making a schedule for today. Now, the customer service tells me that they informed me about the price in the morning, and there's nothing they can do for me. I will never use the service from Bogush company again.

We have used Bogush Plumbing for years. In this case we had a drain pipe leaking under the floor of our bathroom. Greg and Joe from Bogush diagnosed the problem, explained and showed me what was leaking, gave us an estimate and then fixed it. I appreciate the straightforward approach and the fact that they do consistently good work with respect for not making a mess of your home. Happy customer. Thank you Greg, Joe and Bogush Plumbing!

Bogush has done a great job to fix the water leak issue with reasonable price. The plumber was great and tried different solution to help us resolve the issue on the same day. Highly recommended.

Fraud company!! Stay away please read first! They were hired for video inspection yesterday , I was told that will be charged $275 for first hr.
Very young kid showed up , he was walking around property and looked pretty lost , calling the office every 5 min for an advice, he could not locate main cleanout . He adviced I should have install clean-out on 2” pipe and he quoted that for $695 ( clean-out fixture 7.5$ and 15 min to install wrote the bill for $300 . Same time I found main cleanout and told him to do what he was called for . He performed video inspection within 30, next morning they attempted first to charge my card for $950 after all $755. I called them several times, every time different person ignores me .
Very bad business, shame on greedy owner!

I don't normally write reviews but, in this case, I just had to. From replacing the furnace to installing the new thermostat, everyone at Bogush was exceptional. From the office staff to the technicians, all were so attentive and helpful. Thanks to them all, we won't be freezing this winter. A million thanks to all and a special shout out to Jonathan and Eduardo, great guys who always came through and are the very best at what they do.
