J&R really helped me out today. I had a sewage backup this morning in one of the tenant’s apartments. I managed to get all the water out and called J&R in to do the final disinfection. Tenants and I were very satisfied with the cleaning and response time. Great communication, more than fair pricing, what else could you ask for?

Contractor here! Called J&R Cleaning last minute for an emergency clean up at a resident's home in NJ. Ryan was able to respond within 24 hours! Professional contract and quote were presented beforehand, excellent customer service and communication, the team that cleaned up was efficient and considerate to the homeowner's personal space, and the resident was very pleased with the work. Will definitely keep J&R in our rolodex for any construction related cleaning needs!!!

I cannot say a sufficient amount of good things about J & R. I initially reached out via Angie’s List and received an immediate response from Ryan. Our conversation was quick and to the point, with Ryan asking exactly what I was looking for and candidly discussing price points.

A few days later, Unique stopped by my one bedroom apartment and had the place in spotless condition within the hour. Unique, like Ryan, was friendly and easy to deal with. She asked what I expected and did a fantastic job. I really appreciated that she is mindful of the fact that I am working from home at this time.

I have had bad experiences with cleaning services over the years, and I am happy to have found J & R. 10/10 would recommend to my parents.

It was a pleasure working with Ryan and his crew at J&R. Ryan took the time to assess the work needed at our new warehouse facility and was able to come in less than a week and get the job done. His work really speaks for itself as you can tell the difference in the office floors as well as the warehouse immediately upon seeing where J&R had cleaned, pictures did not do it justice honestly. They also have a high standard in wanting the best result for you and that included them working on each area more than once to get that result. Green Light Appliance is AMAZING!!! I have a Kenmore Elite Washer Dryer Ventless Electric Combo Unit as we live on the 3rd floor of our building. For that reason I absolutely love this machine and use it daily for the kids. Sadly, my machine started making a loud sound during the spin cycle, so I instantly tried to find the best local repair service, to fix the problem. Luckily, I found this company. Vitalli is the owner and hands down the BEST appliance repair technician I have ever hired! He is professional, considerate of your time, highly skilled & competitively priced. Other companies were all ridiculously overpriced & none of them were even willing to repair our combo unit. I was able to schedule an appointment almost immediately with Vitalli. He showed up on time and most importantly, our very expensive Kenmore combo unit was able to be saved and is now working like a brand new machine for a minimal cost. It would have cost me thousands of dollars to replace this machine. Thanks to Green Light we saved a ton of money & avoided a huge problem. We had an emergency at home when we realized that our oven was not working properly. Since the issue was related to gas, we decided to call for service using a contact our friend had provided.
After a brief explanation of the problem, Vitalij immediately arrived with his own equipment. He carefully inspected the oven, identified the issue, and spent about an hour replacing a damaged part. The work was done quickly, quietly, and efficiently.

I was thinking we would need a new dishwasher after we had it for couple
Years, but a friend recommended to try Vitallis service and I am so happy I did ! He was quick profesional ordered parts that we needed and suggested to replace some other ones for dishwasher to work better !! He came in installed cleaned out and refreshed everything and my dishwasher works as if it was brand new one thank you!!! I definitely recommend!!!!!

I’ve been using this company for past six years , two days ago my dryer was making a lot of noise and broke down, I called green light appliances they show up same day and repaired on the spot for $200 , highly recommended don’t waste your time to look for somebody else just call green light appliances they will take care of you on the same day !!!
