Schoss construction did 2 jobs for me a few years apart. The 1st was a 2 story addition which included bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen renovation, sunroom, wine room, and a wine cellar. The 2nd job was a bathroom renovation and building a study. Schoss construction started on time, finished on time, did beautiful work, was meticulous, used reliable subcontractors, provided expert advice, worked well with the architect, had friendly employees, cleaned up each day, and provided timely updates. There was no other contractor I even considered for the 2nd job since I was so happy with the first time I hired Schoss Construction. I highly recommend Schoss Construction and would use them again for my next construction job. -

We did a large renovation on our home and found Ethan and his team to be wonderful to work with. They were prompt and courteous, when he said they would be there, they were. I would highly recommend him and his crew to anyone. They are trustworthy and true craftsmen. He was good about recommendations on what is worth spending extra money on and where to save it when it counted. I would definitely hire him again.

Schoss construction did our complete renovation/rebuild in Scotch Plains NJ and we are very happy with their work. The owner (Ethan) personally overseas his projects and delivers on time and on budget. he is 100% about quality and takes pride in his work which he guarantees. We wanted to make some changes along the way and he always dug in to understand what we were looking for and did not mind changing course. He is also a strait shooter and is open and honest on his recommendations. Simply put, Schoss construction did quality work, used top notch materials and paid attention to details…. From demolition to finishing. They also recognized the importance of delivering on time. I highly recommend Schoss construction!
