I called RSL Electric to get a quote for a project. The gentleman came out, viewed the space, and was given the details of the project. He said that we would have a quote but I never heard from him again. Called and left several voicemails over a 2 week time frame and still never heard back.
Reply to Owner's Comment:
I did not hear back from the owner of RSL until I left a negative review, at which point he called me back fairly quickly. He gathered more information about the project and then inquired about my google review believing the review to be unfair. So I told him that once I received the quote I would remove the review entirely. His response was a sigh followed by "Whatever". So then I ended the phone call by saying "Don't bother."
