These guys did a great job cleaning my roof and gutters. they were easy to deal with, very nice, did a great job and even washed off my car while they were at it!

There is nothing I did not like about Duncan Power washing and many things I did like:
-They arrived exactly when they said they would.
-Every part of the job: house, deck, front porch, walkway, retaining wall, and gutters are gleaming.
-For all they cleaned, their price was reasonable!
-On the day they came, Tyler asked if I wanted the retaining wall cleaned; it was not in the contract. He cleaned it and did not charge extra.
-The team moved everything*and put everything back. * Porch and deck chairs
-John and Tyler both both polite and friendly.

Duncan Power Washing was great! He came to give us an estimate the same day and scheduled the work the following week. Did a soft wash, cleaned the gutters, and sprayed the roof. His team was was quick, but did an awesome job on the whole house.

Duncan Power Washing is top notch; very professional. The communications with them were always great and prompt. They came when scheduled and completed the job on time. They took very good care to ensure that the surrounding area was not affected by the power washing and subsequent joint filling.

I had a patio with concrete pavers that needed cleaning and the joint sand between the pavers needed to be replaced. I did not want polymeric sand which is not water permeable as I have places on the patio where water gathers. I worked with John to use Gator Nitro Sand Joint Compound which hardens to prevent weeds but also is water permeable. Although more costly than polymeric sand, I am glad we went with that solution. We just had a large downpour, and the water drained within 5 minutes. I highly recommend them.

Second time I have used Duncan Power Washing. They are careful, meticulous and left my home exterior, deck, doors and walkway sparkling clean! I highly recommend them!

These guys do great work. I recently had them power wash a long white picket fence and a very large paver-covered area which included a 7-car driveway and all the way around the back. They came when we agreed to and were very accommodating on the date. They moved out every piece of outdoor furniture including the heavy BBQ to properly clean and they cleaned up after themselves. They did a wonderful job and I will be using them again. 5 stars!

Great work! They brought our old pavers back to life. Removed years of dirt, weeds, and moss from all the joints and laid in new sand. looks great!
