I'm extremely pleased with the plumbing service I received. Austin, the plumber, performed exemplary work. I had been dealing with noisy pipes every time we used the shower. We scheduled an appointment and the team arrived promptly. Despite the rain, both Austin and Cesar wore protective plastic covers over their shoes while inside the house. They were able to diagnose the problem and replace the necessary parts. Now, not only are my pipes quiet, but the water pressure in my shower is also significantly improved! The work they did is neat, professional, and efficient. Highly recommended! Additionally, they came back a few weeks later to attend to some additional work, which was still causing issues. They fixed it without charging any extra. I'm extremely satisfied.

austin from Edwards Brothers Plumbing Company is great. he keeps in touch, arrives when promised, and is both professional and friendly. we first called for help with a broken water line. austin gave us a fair estimate and finished the job quickly. later, we discovered a damaged sewer line. it was a big project that meant digging up our backyard and installing a new sewer pipe to the alley. they worked with the excavator and city to get everything finished in just a couple of days. austin checked on the work his team was doing and made sure it was all done right. i really appreciate how much care and pride he takes in his work. he even fixed some plumbing that another plumber from a different company had installed wrong. we definitely trust them and will call again for our next big plumbing project.
