Lee and his team came out initially to scope out the work. The Lee plumbing and heating team was super responsive and flexible while I had to coordinate with the town water department to get my water shutoff. They came back today and got the job done. Clean, efficient and courteous. Great job!!

Lee and his team are great. They installed an outdoor faucet for me and the interior and exterior work was fantastic. They were prompt, professional and you could barely tell the drywall was even displaced. Even more importantly - when we discovered a problem with the faucet itself, Lee came within a couple hours, replaced and replaced the faucet for nothing. Talk about great service to back up your installation! I would definitely recommend Lee to anyone and I will definitely use him again.

I highly recommend Lee’s Plumbing! We had a major problem with multiple broken toilets and sinks in our building for quite sometime. Mr. Lee came in and within one day( just a few hours) Mr Lee and his staff fixed everything beautifully. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and the ultimate professional. I had Lees plumbing and heating do my oil to gas heating conversion. They did a GREAT job. They got the permit, reached out to national grid for a meter upgrade, set up the inspection with the town, and did all the work just as promised. Attention to detail is definitely a part of their work.

I highly recommend Lee’s Plumbing for any plumbing needs. I recently had a leaking pipe in the basement for several days and when I called Lee’s they were able to send a tech within the hour and he took care of the problem, cleaning up as well. The tech was very knowledgeable and took time to explain what he did. I was so impressed with the patience, kindness and prompt response to my plumbing needs. Lees team was very professional. He laid down drop cloths. From the front door all the way to the bathroom so they would not track into the house. Great experience wuth Lees Plumbing and Heating. Very profesional and knowledgeable. They got me un for my initial service call quickly, and when I decided to go with they ( 4 pm on Sunday) I axtually got a human being on the phone to set up the appointment to have the work done the next day. They had Someone at My house boy 9am the next morning. Great turnaround time. Best of all, the workers wore booties on there feet. My wife was very please about that. My elderly parents contacted me last night regarding a leak in their upstairs master bathroom. First thing this morning, 7:45 am,, I called Lees plumbing and heating to schedule an appointment. By 8:00 a.m. I was given a same day appointment for my parents. A representative for the company called me later to inform me that the plumber was working on another job and would be at my parent house shortly. I love that this company took the time to call me with a status update! The plumber arrived and I heard my father tell him not to worry about putting on his booties, but he insisted. He was polite and friendly. He gave my parents six different estimates to choose from based on the fixtures, tile work and extent of the labor. He also spent time talking with my father about different scenarios for how to approach and fix the problem, which would help save him time and money. I wish more companies were like this! I know that if he does a project for us that it will be done well and any improvements needed will be done! We had Lee come this past week to do additional work. It included replacing some waste lines in our basement. We were very happy with the quality of his work! Lee and his company is outstanding. We will be calling them for all our repairs.
